Anyway I totally missed where Brewers said he would end the day. Either way what's done is done.

I need to backtrack on the day to get. abetted grip of some people but I still think we have some quiet people

I don't really believe that Colonel Medved meant that the bad start was because Velocity died and was revealed scum.

I'm sure he meant it to come across as a townie sad for losing 2 other townies.

But ... he could be scum pretending to be a townie sad for losing 2 other townies ...

 

I don't mind the Brewers-modding at all. 

The trial by combat mechanic is a compromise between no-lynch being permitted and forcing a lynch to occur.

It's declared up front and everybody should know how it works.  I quoted it a couple times so there are no excuses to be given.

 

There's lots of ways that players get killed and having Lord MK force the end of the day and get iSocialism lynched is just one of them.

 

But the fact is that Lord MK has sole responsibility for getting iSocialism killed.  He should be held accountable for his actions.

 

I sort of view it as a day vigilante taking an action to kill somebody.  The day vigilante could be scum or townie but when a townie is killed it seems like that is a pretty strong scum-tell.

I agree with this.

 

Whether or not anyone actually believed Brewers' threat that he would end the day early or not is irrelevant to me for two reasons:

 

1) It was reckless to assume it was only a threat.

2) We had already mostly agreed that trial by combat was preferred to a true lynch. iSoc had dipped below the number of votes needed to lynch. MK's vote alone put him back above that level. Let alone the fact that he also made the comment that he did which forced the premature end to the day.

Maybe i'm not as experienced of a mafia player, but i've never seen a mod enact a "playful rule". I'm torn between two things for MK, he either did it intentionally to end the day, or missed the rule placed by brewers. SM also mentioned that she didn't notice the rule, so it is possible. 

 

I have to say i disagree with LS on his stance on how brewers acted. Believe me, i also made jokes about it. But after some point it does go to far, and i would like to apologize if that was the case for me. It's a pretty dark subject to joke about, and could be seen as defamation towards a friend of ours if carried to far.

 

It seems we at a stand still so far, no information has come to light and we are already down 3 town. I hope our PRs are at least learning some things, and not just at a loss

Guys, we have a problem. Isoc is dead/alive. Idk how to deal with this. Lord Mk vote is  counting against him. The day 2 Flavor is very worrisome.

I feel like we need some clarification on this. It's clear that Brewers officially "lynched" iSoc. However, he is definitely still showing up here as pointed out above. In GoT terms, there is a reason that this might actually be true. The dead, if not disposed of properly, can be "resurrected" by the Night King for his army of white walkers. It is entirely possible that something like that has happened here.

 

If this is the case though I feel like we are owed some sort of information about this game mechanic. How can a player actually die if this happens? Does this only apply to lynched players? iSoc is the first "lynched" player in the game. The other players who have died but were not lynched (Lachiton, Rafay, Velocity) are not still included here.

So it looks like we got 2 factions and a SK, or we got a gung ho town Vig, or a scum faction had a vig kill that decided to kill N1 to explain the 3rd kill.  Given the specific mafia name of Velocity and the fact he was a cop and not a role cop makes that pretty obvious.  

 

My guess would be a SK, given most town Vig's are smart enough not to just use it N1 off nothing, and usually scum Vig kills are not allowed right away.  

 

I also don't get MK already coming out today claiming a VT.
