Town would happily rush their vote if they are 100 percent certain who the scum is, I am certain I'm town as I am certain Velocity isn't. I messed up on KitKat, but it didn't kill town. Lynching Velocity will kill scum.

That is correct. If TW does not vote in time, then the first person who was put at deadline gets lynched (which is you).

Given everything that I posted above it seems like more evidence is pointing toward Wolfpacks being the final scum. There are several things working in Velocity's favor and he has played the game the way that I think it should be played as a townie on the last day. However, there is one thing that I keep coming back to:

2 cops and 2 trackers vs 1 godfather just doesn't balance out well for me. The fact that Jazzy had a non-con night modifier as a town tracker but Velocity wouldn't signifies to me that Velocity is much more likely to be a scum tracker than town.

 

Even though this goes against my initial gut feeling, I just think that this is the right way to go..

That’s what I originally was going to do, and ultimately one of the reasons why I decided to kill Jazzy, but then the other idea came up afterwards and at the time I thought it was better, but I figured you would’ve been able to see that he was basically confirmed town by SM when she died
