I pointed out there was no role cop, and it's safe to say Pengu wasn't one given what he said in this game's PM to everyone.  Let alone, he wouldn't get a result that Robert was the PO, he simply would of gotten vanilla.  

 

Vanilla players have role names that vary by faction; a Role Cop scanning these will get "Vanilla" as the response, again anonymising the win condition. Thus, a Mafia Goon or a Serial Killer should give the same result as a Vanilla Townie (unless they have extra abilities).

 

Could there be multiple cops, maybe, but more then anything I'd say there's more then likely multiple Vigs, and many universal roles.  It takes vig's to win this, so I would assume there has to be many Universal backups given if there's not enough Universal backups to replace any vigs lynched/turned the game would be over in general.

I feel like people are forgetting the hordes factor. The zombies aren't all able to protect one person as they can't all communicate. Kevin glossed over this and FOSed all the people on Pengu's lynch. He's acting as if all of the zombies are coordinating when they really are unable to. I see this as a bit of fear mongering and trying to make us believe he is the one with the perfect plan. This, along with the late claim and actions in the Pengu lynch, makes me suspicious of Kevin.

I see what your getting at, TW said small hordes so are we talking hordes of 2 or more, guessing that when Pengu was lynch there was 3 zombies, I reckon there was only 2 in the first horde and couldn't communicate with the other zombie so he wouldnt know who the others where voting for, Kevin seems to be worrying more about zombies but not P0, which most are assuming is Robert, if he was PO he wouldnt vote with the zombies he would steer clear, yet Robert voted for pengu, my opinion is he could be a zombie or a town, I think he is town

PenguiNation could have been a role cop, he could have been the second cop.

 

Something has to give the town additional powers if the game is to have balance.

 

If it's only what we see, it will take extreme luck for the town to win.

During the day, the zombies will try to protect lynch candidates from their horde so there's extra difficulty in securing a zombie lynch.

Every night the town will lose one player and the zombies will gain one player so it gets progressively difficult.

If we lynch wrong, we lose a townie.

If the vigilante targets wrong, we lose a townie.

 

I believe the 2 other existing zombies besides Robert would attempt to protect Robert from lynch yesterday.

If that's true we have a limited pool for lynch candidates with better odds of lynching correctly.

However, another player got infected last night and it could be anybody.

 

If I investigate and find someone not guilty, the certainty of towniness will only last one day because they might get infected the next night.

 

So what's my point?

I did not find it unusual when somebody else claimed to be universal backup;  I did not find it unusual when somebody else claimed to be a cop.

But it helped me choose the target for my investigation.  And the result came back guilty.

 

Penguin could not of been a role cop, its not a possible role. Secondly, if you had gotten Cop yesterday, you would of know our cop would of been infected. meaning he coulnd't of been a regular cop either. the odds of starting with 2 cops is HIGHLY unlikely.

The additional Powers are the universal Backup. My guess is a doc protected me last night as I wasn't infected, and now scum is trying to lynch me today sacrificing one of there own either tonight via the Vig who's should be still out there as I didn't inherit a vig ability, or tomorrow via lynch if I'm just the last person to inherit a role as my theory is still, MUITIBLE UNIVERSAL BACKUPS, witch seems to have been glossed over. Since they gain a new member each night normally, taking out potential Power roles would be high on there list of priority's. With Universal backups in the game, there is unlikely to be muiltible if not impossible to have multi cops, or multi docs, ect. You use Universal backups as a balancing tool. So that the town doesn't start with multiple cops. Someone who's modded quite a few games should know this. *Cough* Kevin *Cough*. 

 

Secondly, I not sure why your discounting the Doc role. Maybe because you despise it here for some reason??? The Doc role should in theory prevent am infection from happening. Otherwise there be no point in it this game. You act like all is lost to town. There has to be a way to prevent infection from happening at night, and given the possible roles witch you already quoted this game, Doc is probably it. 

 

My New Theory is there is 3 Zombies including Paitent Zero after TW Flavor. Something unusual happened last night as we started to get more Flavor.

Regarding hordes, it seems reasonable that the first 3 zombies would be in a horde together. They would try to save their own.

This game is so confusing. Lol. Just like with the PenguiN role claim I want to believe Kevin is telling the truth. I am still highly suspicious; however, I feel going after who he points out is better than going after Kevin himself. If Kevin truly is a cop we would be shooting ourselves in the foot. If we lynch Robert and he is town, then we know who to target next.

Even though i will be happy to see a potential zombie get lynched, robert has a point. You coming out as cop, and "exposing" Robert will be a double edged sword. If he does flip zombie, then kudos. But the likelyhood of you remaining cop are pretty close to none. You painted a target on your back for P0 to infect you next, to take out a PR. If he flips town, then we know you must be scum. In which case none of what i've said above matters

I think he chose you(Robert) truly at random. After all with there being one P0 + 2 zombies if each possible infection worked that netted a 3/13 chance of him selecting the right one. Kverst swapped his vote after initially believing Rhizo's explanation when it became clear that a mislynch from town would result in an additional unchallenged infection since when you came up as town obviously the wagon would go for pengu meaning they could have infected anyone who wasn't pengu on the last night. Now with it being day 4 we know that we have up to 4 zombies if all infections were successful. I think the FoS should lay on KevinH and Rafay for sure, that's 2 of our 4. Kverst could very well be our missing 3rd from yesterday with the 4th as of yet unidentified.

 

 

Well had pengu's vote been counted that would have resulted in a lynch of robert2424. Since Pengu wasn't infected that should tell us that he had no real reason to suspect robert. Now if robert had been lynched that would have robbed us of a universal backup (potentially) if his RC is in fact truthful. We know that we would have lynched pengu today if his claim was wrong. KevinH had gone with the option of believing the RC despite Rhizo's evidence showing that Pengu was lying. Based on this, as both KevinH and Rafay were the most vehement defenders of Pengu's accusation I think the correct choice is for the cop to investigate rafay tonight and lynch KevinH today if they haven't already investigated one of the two.

As it stands, claiming cop and accusing a (*possible) townie to waste a day would be extremely beneficial to the zombies due to the trade and chaos, so if that was their goal, they've gotten that. I feel that the decision of who to lynch today will make or break the game. It's really more of a gamble....Also, Robert claimed backup, right? (I can't find the exact post). And he hasn't inherited a role yet despite that 3-4 people have been turned? I'm going to vote Robert again just because we haven't had any definitive ideas and the role inheriting thing. In any case, I don't think enough people suspect Kevin for us to lynch him before the deadline.

Had to get my vote in before dealine so didn't put a reason, I don't believe Kevin it's to cosy to claim cop just after we lynched one of our own, Kevin is pushing way too hard which in the games I've played with him isn't his style, this is different from him entirely.
