The biggest problem I see is that the "no unvoting" rule effectively removes the best way to pressure people into participating and posting more -- by having several votes placed on them and forcing them to defend themselves. This now needs to be accomplished without actually casting those pressure votes. Of course if someone truly suspects another player then they can certainly vote on them to apply pressure still. They just can't "change their mind" that day and vote elsewhere if they do that and something better turns up.

 

We need to truly utilize FOS in this game and everyone should shift their perception to read FOS as a true intention to vote for that person and not just as a "I sort of think you might possibly have done something scummy". And since this game requires a true majority lynch we need to make sure to take our time voting so that people don't rush to join a wagon and tie their votes up just to miss a better opportunity at a later time that day.

 

My advice would be for everyone to constantly provide their thoughts on various players. So if your vote gets locked up on a particular player on a given day but you see something else noteworthy that needs to be pointed out about another player, you need to make those thoughts known so that we can either follow your thought process on a later day or so that other players can consider those thoughts that same day before casting their own vote on a player.

I've never been able to figure out how one does this math, but with the no unvoting aspect, no lynching might be the best alternative for the day in my opinion. 

 

I agree, i believe that no lynch would be a good option for today as well (even through i threw my vote out within the first hour of the game opening, not knowing the rule). We could randomly swing at the fences for a lynch, but with the stakes like this i don't think it would be beneficial to town to random lynch today. Who knows how the next following days will go, we can use all the cushion we can get.
