There is no possible way for the entire report to be released, and they all know it. There will be entire chapters redacted from Grand Jury testimonies, classified information, sources and methods, Executive Privilege, and everything about anyone that was not indicted. It is illegal. They just want to continue the game by saying they are hiding the truth.
There is a reason Bill Barr would not allow Rod Rosenstein to resign before the report was finished. Rod Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller to head the special council after he himself signed off on FISA search warrants, which began this entire hoax. Barr wanted Rosenstein's signature on the document exonerating Trump of all of this... most likely, trying to save his own skin.

Congress has no power over what is released... but it would be smart to release as much as possible, because it will be leaked. McConnell only wants to keep control of what happens in the Senate... he's in charge there.

"The investigation did not establish That members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in it's election interference activities"... it further said that they did not conspire with Russians even though they had multiple opportunities to do so. In short... they are guilt free... also the words "guilt free" were your words, not mine.

The part of the report that states that the investigation cannot exonerate Trump is on the charge of obstruction. Mueller could not come to a conclusion on it, and left that decision up to the Attorney General. William Barr, with Rod Rosenstein, made the decision that exonerated the President on obstruction. There is absolutely no crime in defending yourself against a false accusation, and also regarding the firing of James Comey… it is the constitutional power of the President to fire the Director of the FBI. He can fire him because he doesn't like that he's taller than him. He serves at the pleasure of the President... he doesn't even need a reason. So that's it.

What you really want is his tax returns, and you will never get his tax returns. Notice that no billionaires are running against him, except Howard Shultz which no one will care about his returns. Not Bloomberg, not Oprah, not Cuban... No billionaire will make public their tax returns. They are 3 feet thick and filled with every tax loophole that exists. They will not show their returns to anyone.

I thought we just had a brief stating a half line of Mueller basically saying nothing concrete. Couple this with several of Trump's confidants and intimi being indicted or pleading guilty for various campaign related illegalities or other charges and seeming nobody in their circle feeling compelled to step to the FBI about numerous and admitted attempts by Russian operatives to aid his campaign (I do like that everyone forgot Trump Jr. showing evidence that a russian delegation came to Trump Tower to talk about smearing Hillary...). For crying out loud, the entire Barr brief is legalize writing to just not say anything 1 way or another, why you would implicitly believe the Iran-Contra whitewasher is beyond me.
As I said before, I don't think Trump personally is in it with collusion, mainly cause he runs his business mafia style and only swoops in on occasion to either whiplash a subordinate to unemployment or take credit for some other subordinates brilliant scheme. Hence a bunch of his staff got slammed ang others are still awaiting the book.

You thought wrong. Stop watching fake news. It's a 4 page summary of the report sent to Congress. It was summarily released to the public. It's concrete. Read it for yourself. This concludes the Special Council investigation.
General Michael Flynn lied to the FBI... he didn't know he was being framed. They don't even have the balls to sentence him. George Papadopoulos lied to the FBI... he didn't know he was being framed. He spent an entire 14 days in jail. Paul Manafort lied on a loan application and didn't pay his taxes... he's going to prison because he was unfortunate enough to get involved with the Trump campaign when they were all being framed. Michael Cohen did a lot of illegal shit, and faced decades in prison. He plead guilty to whatever they wanted in order to avoid prosecution for higher crimes. This has been a complete sham.
Keep digging... I'll loan you my shovel. I admire the embarrassment, and the stammering struggle to keep the lies alive... every time you're wrong. I'll say it slow so you can understand it. William Barr is the United States Attorney General. He is in charge of the entire Justice Department. Robert Mueller, a former Director of the FBI, was appointed by acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, to lead the Special Council investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election. Rod Rosenstein was "acting" because Attorney General Jeff Sessions was bullied into recusing himself because of his support for President Trump. General Sessions was unaware at the time that he was turning over control of the Justice Department to one of the conspirators against the President.
It was a "Special Council" and not an "Independent Council", which means he could not act on his own. He was under the direction, and reported directly to, the Attorney General. Mueller reports to Barr... Barr informs Congress. Therefore Barr writes the summary. Mueller is not the boss... Bill Barr is the boss. Once again, you guys want to ignore the one in charge, and choose your own judge.
Also, I'll comment on something else you declared. There is absolutely nothing wrong with gathering opposition research from any source, such as Don Jr. and his Tower meeting. There is everything wrong with using false opposition research that was paid for by a Presidential candidate, to obtain warrants to launch a bogus investigation against an opposing candidate.

Republican Presidents do not turn the most powerful government agencies on the planet against their political opponents. Barack Obama did it several times. Check out the IRS scandal against conservatives. If you're American, it will make you sick.
Buddy, it's not your fault. You have been lied to for over two years by the media you trust to inform you about what is happening. Not necessarily true... he is prone to exaggeration for sure. His version of the truth is not what you're used to hearing. I have been listening to Donald Trump talk since the 80's. He's a New York billionaire playboy that has rubbed shoulders with celebrities and Presidents all his life. He hasn't changed his attitude at all, but his sudden change into the life of a President has not been easy. He has lived a life as a builder with a killer instinct for business, but he has never lived the life of someone who countless people want to see him dead.
Why is that? He has lifted millions of Americans out of poverty in two short years. I would have liked to see what more he could have done in that time if these USA hating fools would have just followed his lead for awhile instead of just being cry baby jerks. Now we have the largest criminal conspiracy in American history because a few idiots thought they would be lauded as heroes if they seized control of government and saved the world from Trump. We the people did not ask for their help against who we elected.
I have been around the block for several decades and I have personally voted for 7 straight Republican candidates for President. I'm ashamed to say that one was John McCain, because he placed his own vanity in front of our country when he participated in this plot. Donald Trump is the most American, and most patriotic, of any President I have ever voted for. He loves the USA more than the Ronald Reagan I voted for twice... and I don't say that lightly. You guys need to lay off and stop expecting Trump to be something he is not. It's uglier than I have ever seen, but if this hatred continues, I fear it's gonna get downright medieval on main street.
