I understand the point that lynching the inactive players is an easy lynch and it reduces the number of players in the game so makes the further calculations a lot less hectic....

Still I wanna ask the question isn't it playing into the hands of the scum (whoever it maybe) that they will get an easy lynch of an inactive player and kill active players in the night that way they will not have enough competetion to have sound arguments with and can easily cruise their way to victory (in theory)

I will no go as far as vote brewers but I would like to put on the table that can there be an alternative of some sort?

I can't seem to find one at the top of my head but I think we can explore the possibilities at least right?

The reason why we like to Lynch inactives when there's no alternative is, cause it's the least risky.

If they flip town, it's not much of an issue as they weren't contributing either way.
If they flip scum, well jackpot.

So it's a win or least loss situation.

And certain times, scum likes to lurk, and so tend to be further down the post count.
Except me or brewers, everyone else have different posting frequency when scum compared to when they are town
Townie Kevin posts more than Scum Kevin.
Same goes for pretty much everyone.
Even the wannabe Lilywad.

The day just started. Deadline isn't until the 29th and if you go back and look at my play style I almost never vote until the last two days of a game day.

with this game inactivity will kill us.  so we can lynch at random and maybe kill an active player or we can take out an inactive player.  if we are going to just lynch a random person as its being suggested then it makes no sense to say "if we were going to vote off an inactive it should have been done yesterday, not today."

 

How does lynching someone at random who might actually be active and contribute to the game help us more than lynching someone who is inactive?  if you can explain that that to me, then I will happily join the random person lynch train.

currently rafay, wp, and velocity are WAYYYY behind the 8 ball.  Tho its not out of character for WP to not post a lot in early games.  Rafay is usually a bit more active but he also hasnt been posting a lot recently in the other game.  

 

either way, if we go random, or not we need to actually take our time today.  no rushing the vote.  and hey, maybe our JOAT knows something lol

You have a point on the inactives, tho you'd think someone with a role would at least attempt to participate.  Just my opinion of course.

 

I just hate the random "throw something at the wall and see what sticks" vote.

I have a 7 day work week this week, so don’t expect my posting to go up very much. I’ll try to post at least once or twice every Irl day, but I can’t guarantee anything.

After that I should be okay heading into the next months.

honestly the more I think about this, the more it feels like scum trying to find a reason to lynch the most active player in our mafia games and a player with a very strong scum hunting track record.  Like I previously said, scum tend to want to join in the middle of a wagon, not end it or start it, and ABT is doing just that.  I feel like there is a decent chance he is scum and trying to look for a reason to join my wagon (when there is zero reason for there to even be one lol)

while voting me is spiteful and kind of annoying, since apparently its becoming a theme to try to lynch me/start a wagon on me early in ever single game (i think its three in a row now?),  if u vote off anyone and they are a joat the exact same thing will happen lol
