How is it a safe kill?

I mean, mafia would want to keep the EC alive.
For risk of rolling a more suicidal EC like Tony or Torres.
The only play they would have for rolling the EC would be to roll it to Velocity (if the scum is lww)
But the odds are way too small for it to be worth it.

TW : yes, but recommended to not choose the same person consecutively so as to minimise risk of scum getting the role
Although scum actually killing against town's wishes is rare at this stage.
Velocity : kid, prone to bad influences like Tony
Wolfpacks : He's Wolfie. He's weird. Impossible to read him. Best to just kill him as soon as a window opens.

So that leaves me, kevin, Limey, tw.

And from the looks of it, the EC is not Kevin and definitely not me.

Reasons: Lww; quite obvious he sees lww same way he saw Nadarr.
Tw; If the default fails, TW is everyone's default.
He isn't mine and Kevin won't choose tw this early.

What is with you and thinking I have some sort of obsession with nadarr and lww?? lol
I basically never spoke to nadarr outside of mafia and she just treated me like anyone else. lww I consider a friend outside of mafia, but I do my best to not let that influence me in mafia games.

If anything at all, I’d be obsessed with brewers as I think we all agree he’s one of the best players. He’s also the one who introduced me to mafia in the first place, and gave me a lot of advice early on when I started playing.

It's a safe kill because of the popular candidate, who will kill the first person to try to kill him (either by day or night, so he's also a threat to the elector in case we get someone who goes rogue). If the mafia is paying attention at all, they'll be trying to play around the PC since that's the only non lynch way they can die, and the EC is the only other role that is confirmed to not be the PC (other than mafia of course).

I still don't understand why you're trying to out the EC, because it'll just give a safe kill to the mafia. Seems like a really bad use of our time that might backfire if the wrong person gets it next anyway.

Kevin and Lyner would be good picks for elector next. TW maybe as a backup but he's so good at spinning believable stories that it's dangerous to give him elector back to back. Honestly I don't know how I feel about MK getting it. We need someone who isn't going to go rogue and MK is so ate up with finding the EC that I'm not sure he'd be a good pick.

@Velocity are you gonna vote?

Keep in mind that as long as the Elector agrees to follow the popular vote on a given day that their individual mafia prowess is completely negated, at least this early in the game.

BREAKING NEWS

 

We have just learned that Robert2424, a candidate for Senate was not in fact taking the Joe Biden approach to his campaign and hiding in his basement, but rather, he has died from Covid 19.  He wore a mask every day, refused to hold rallies, and still got the virus and died.  Its almost as if masks do no work...  Either way, his party has nominated Dontavian as an emergency replacement for his Senate Race.  Robert2424 was well behind in the polls and early voting did not bode well for him.  Unfortunately for Dontavian, he has inherited the deficit Robert has created.  Maybe he will actually campaign and try to win his election?  Say tuned for the latest news and upates

You are assuming that's the only way Mafia kills.
Manipulation of the EC is more of a possibility than EC getting killed.

That's why I agree with the strategy that TW and AbT thought of, which is to require the elector to vote for whoever gets the popular vote. It basically invalidates them until the very end of the game since picking off people at will (whether it's town or they bus their partner) will be an automatic lynch the next day. It's also why we can't afford to let it go to someone who's not gonna be serious since we'd risk an extra mislynch if they are town and just messing around, which would pretty much ruin any chance we have.

D1 is always fun. No one knows anything and it's just a bunch of random votes being thrown out.

• Finster died D2, but there isn't a clear suspect.

• Unsure of who is on track of losing the election tonight?
