Joe Biden has a cabinet, and they can decide that Joe needs to go because he is brain-dead. They invoke the 25th Amendment of the Constitution and remove him from office. That gets rid of Joe, but it also makes Kamala Harris the President. Then she would be running as an incumbent. Whichever way they look... Democrats are stuck with their choices.

 

Like I have always said... Democrats just never think things through.

 

 

 

I would disagree to some extent- 

I believe Harris was chosen for the very reason that she is so incompetent that the republicans would not invoke the 25th- she is Bidens defense plan, 

 

I do believe its his cabinet / wife making all the decision for him, 

 

as for Bidens performance friday with Stephanopoulos-

This did not help him at all, if anything it confirmed that even in a friendly controlled environment where has rehearsed the answers Biden is not capable of a coherent thought, 

 

 I still believe they will put up Newsom, He has the most face and name recognition around the country, Democrats are to the core are racists, in fact the worst kind of racists,  They will not willingly give Harris the reigns, 

 

i also think you are correct that Trump will select a person who is more of an extension to himself and not a person who would disagree with him, however- in 4 years, i do think without Trump at the helm this would be political suicide for that person,

I have not researched this at all. If it involves "draining the swamp", then I agree with it, but I don't follow unelected bureaucrats.

 

I'm a creature of consensus, and I don't agree with implementing anything that does not receive a strong majority of support.

 

Voting for a candidate doesn't mean you're in favor of every thought in their head, it just means they are the one you feel most comfortable with leading the Republic into the future... my choice will always be to vote for the biggest badass.

 

My obligation is to leave my children a better country than I was born into, and because of idiot politicians, alphabet agencies, and unrestricted and rampant mental illness... it's very hard for me to complete my obligation.

Democrats are in absolute panic, and they can't even be honest about why.

 

It's not Joe Biden. Joe Biden has always been a liar, a plagiarist, an appropriator, a purloiner, monumentally stupid, corrupt, an all-around dirty politician, and extremely gaff prone. This is nothing new, and Democrats knew exactly what he was before they systematically disabled the strongest economy in history with a fake pandemic, business and school closures, and ridiculous mandates.

 

...and after all that, we all got Covid anyway, and we survived it.

 

Democrats are not in a panic because of Joe Biden... they are in a panic because of Donald Trump. They were absolutely certain that after 94 indictments created out of thin air, public trials with stacked prosecutions, and verdicts handed down by political activist judges... that the Republican Party and all Republicans would finally turn on Trump, and he would be the one dropping out.

 

Well, it didn't work.

 

Now they want to turn on Joe Biden because he can't win.

Everyone can now see how they always rig everything. Bless their hearts.

You would be surprised on how "socialist" the far right in France actually is.

 

Currently the worlds fad in politics revolves about 1 sentence and 3 possible highlights on that phrase:

 

"Our people first"

 

Societal and economical left: our people first

=> socialist european, trying to better society/nation (success pending)

 

Societal right and economical left: our people first

=> european right, trying to better "our" group (modifiers vary)

 

Societal and economial right: our people first

=> hard right USA and autocrats in general: only they (singular) are to be first, rest can get bend

 

 

PS. societal left and economical right are anarchists who don't have a clue what an actual society is, or how it is run... Includes Libertarians living on lonely islands.

Thank you for educating me a bit on European politics, but having never lived it, I fear I will never understand it.

I wouldn't ever spend enough time on it to understand it, because the knowledge would never benefit me.

I will not ever be a US Diplomat... and that is a bonus for both our nations.

 

From my limited understanding, the UK voted out the Tories because they deserved to be voted out, and the Right in France didn't have the juice to seal the deal. None the less, I hope the best for all of you.

And to add to your european trivia, both nations hold a first-past-the-post (or winner-takes-all) election, which for the UK meant a lobsided victory while in France alliances were made to try and boot the far-right of winning.

 

If either was more a proportional representation, the results would have strikingly different.

It was an American comedian, Jon Stewart... he was making a point about how we could easily hold a new primary to switch out Biden within 4 months by comparing it to France who did an entire election in 2 months "and there was even time to have an affair with Denmark".

 

I could only think that is what he was talking about... I could be totally out in left field on this, that's why I asked

I think it was a joke when he said that- 

 

however- when it come to biden there is a misconception of replacing him, 

there are no Laws that regulate this, its rules by the DNC on their process, they can change these at anytime, but what we are seeing is the rest of the ticket down ballot being affected-

 

If Biden stays- 

I can see a result of the Right keeping and strengthening their control of the House- ( 35 seat advantage ) 235/200 or thereabouts

I can see the Right picking up 3 to 4 seats in the Senate ( 53/47) Republicans

couple these two things with a 7-3 advantage in the SCOTUS 

and if Trump should win - which currently he has a significant lead ( 6 - 8 points ) depending on the polling

 

The Man will have a master grip on all 3 arms of the Government as well at the court-

It went from private nudging for him to fold to private demanding that he drop out of the race.

Then it was public nudging... and now it's public demanding... and it's getting really loud.

They are destroying their own President, and I really have no clue how this will play out.

The last time an actor took out a President... it was John Wilkes Booth.

it has occurred to me that Biden Can't drop out- 

here is why i think that

 

If Biden on his own decided that he wants to drop out because he does not have the capability to be the next President - then by default he does not have the capability to be the current President- thus he would by his own admission have to step down, we all know that will never happen, 

 

So, the DNC would have to force him out and run another Candidate- it can't be Joe's decision. 

 

Now with all the new polling coming out with the decline of down ballot candidates it does appear that Trump will have the White House, 

I think my potential scenario has a better than average potential to come to fruition. 

with his massive failure at the NATO summit the rest of the world is also in the corner of having the Democrats remove him from the ballot,

Trump has just been shot at a rally in PA. From what I can tell so far, they grazed the right side of his head.

I believe he'll survive... he was walking and pumping his fist.

At the very least DJ Trump will be President again now... but this is the thing that starts wars.

Democrats will be losing from now on... for the foreseeable future.
