Morning dawns and the group gathers again in the town square, the death of KevinH still heavy on their minds. "Someone's missing," stated molestargazer, as he began to count everyone that was here. "It's Martino." Everyone hurries to Martino's house. There they find him lying in his bed, burnt to a crisp. Oddly enough no damage was done to anything but his body. A search around his house does nothing more then waste the rest of the morning and prove that he had no magical powers whatsoever. Martino, Townie, burned to death Night 1. It is now Day 2. With 10 alive it is 6 to lynch. Deadline is September 8th.

The crowd approaches. "Oh cmon guys enough joking," continues KevinH, getting nervous. "I'm a townie remember?" The crowd continues to advance. "Seriously guys...I'M A TOWNIE!!!" molestargazer brings out a rope. KevinH's eyes grow wide and he begins to run. The crowd quickly catches him and drags him kicking and screaming to the lynching block, which happens to be nothing more then a rope, a tree, and a cliff. Carl Vincent slides the noose over KevinH's head and gives him a push to the edge. "Any last words?" says Electric Mango. "I'm towniiiieeeeaaahhhhhhhh." *crack* The sound of his neck snapping under his own weight echoes in the minds of everyone in the group like a harbinger of doom. They rush to his house to see what they may find. All they find are a few arcane manuscripts, which are quickly passed off as being "good" magic(if there is such a thing). KevinH, Wizard(Protown Vig), has been lynched Day 1. Night 1 begins. Please send in all night actions asap.

dang oh well. some of my thoughts: first, well played scum, but not perfectly played. if i hadn't had to go camping for a week i think i may have caught at least Martino. here's why: when D4 i think it was started i voted Kevin. my hope was either to vote scum, or draw scum into voting him. i was keeping a close eye and was planning to drop my vote when it hit L-2 regardless of who voted for Kevin. sort of a gambit play. unfortunately for me, i had to leave at the wrong time. maybe it would have played out differently, maybe not. anyway, that was a great game. also, if you noticed i protected Aquinas on night 2. since i was the only death i assumed that i was nk'd and Aquinas was thus a townie. so when i rejoined, i was dying to say something, but i promised mole i wouldn't. also, who was it that forgot to put me in the experienced player category that first night? i am insulted!

Alright well in a few hours I will be leaving for my camping trip. I will be gone from the 14th(today) until the 21st(next Friday). The game will remain in Day 1 until I get back etc. Use the possibly extra time wisely and see you in a week.

maybe maybe not, but that does seem to be their plan. @the other townies: we need to lynch someone today. we are in LYLO if there are 2 scum left(which there likely are). we have to lynch scum. so my suggestion would be to vote for the person you believe most likely to be scum at this point in time.

with the majority of the confirmations in...: It is now Day 1. Majority lynch is 7.

It is Night 0(otherwise known as the confirmation period). When I receive a majority of the confirmations then the game will begin. Also, to those still playing mole's game: try to focus on that game until it ends. As a final note: I will be leaving on the 14th for a week(so i'll be back the 21st). If the game is in a Day phase when I leave, then the day will continue until I get back, even if a majority is reached for a lynch. During that time period, feel free to continue discussion. If the game is in a Night phase, then the night will continue until I return.

It was quiet that night in Arcanus, as usual. It was around midnight, and most everyone was in bed asleep, or getting ready to go to sleep. Suddenly, powerful explosions rocked the town. The whole town shook as though it was an earthquake. Out of some windows, you could see colourful flashes of light. Then it stopped. Puzzled, afraid, and intrigued, the townsfolk got out of bed to investigate. They found the fields of Farmer Joe scorched badly, and here and there it looked as though there had been an explosion. Talking amongst themselves and putting tow and tow together, they soon realized that these were no ordinary explosions; they were caused by magic. Everyone headed back to their homes in fear and awe wondering what would happen next...

actually i disagree with the idea behind that list. it's not always who they voted for but why they voted and the circumstances surrounding their vote. for instance: both your vote and Theo's against EM. sure you voted and killed scum. but your vote was an OMGUS to EM's vote of you and Theo's hammer wasn't really needed to kill EM. with that in mind can you still say that their votes on EM were driven by a desire to kill scum? i think not. sure people wrongly lynched sojourner, but the only other person that they could have voted for that would have resulted in a lynch was Falzis, a townie as well.
