ok looking back over D3, some interesting things: first, Falzis at his height had 3 votes against: Kevin, Theo and CD. one of which has been proven townie. now assuming the other two are townie as well and that Kevin is right about 2 mafia under suspiscion better then 1 dead, then wouldn't the mafia have voted to kill Falzis? but they didnt. which means one of two things: 1. Kevin's assumption that 2 under suspicion is better then 1 dead is false. or 2. Kevin(or Theo or both) were mafia already voting for Falzis. in which case even with EM's vote, it would have required either one or two townies to vote Falzis as well. secondly, Kevin was also tied with Falzis with 3 votes: SJ, Falzis, and me. Assuming Kevin is a townie, and knowing that me and Falzis were townies(since i know my own alignment) and assuming that SJ is a townie as well as once again assuming Kevin is right about the suspicion death thing, then wouldn't the mafia have voted to kill Kevin? especially with Falzis's vote against him they probably could have easily driven a lynch against Falzis the following day, resulting in a loss for the town. but they didnt, which again means one of three things: 1. Kevin's assumption is false. or 2. SJ, or me, or both are mafia as it would have required one or two townies to vote to get a lynch. or 3. Kevin is mafia. interestingly enough, this means that one of the following conclusions is correct: 1. Kevin's assumption is false. 2. Kevin is mafia. 3. SJ is mafia. also interesting is that none of Kevin's nor SJ's(nor Theo's) contradict the play of scum. in the only scum lynch, SJ held his vote on Kevin, Kevin's vote against EM was very OMGUS, and Theo's "hammer" wouldn't have made a difference. on D2, both candidates were townies so the votes are null and D4 was so one-sided it doesn't matter much either.

not true necessarily. if Falzis turned up town(which he did later) then you both would have been under suspicion, especially if you weren't careful enough and seemed too overeager. so there is reason to have voted each other.

Ok so I'm at a bit of a loss as to which game to host. I have three on my mind and all are pretty well balanced etc. All are 12 person games too. Anyway, all of them have different themes, roles, and/or mechanics making for games that should be quite different from any you've played before. Here's some quick descriptions: Insaneville mafia: The town of Werbernasterof was a quiet and unassuming town. Nothing really bad happened at all there. In fact, the inhabitants called the place paradise. But that was all about to change as the citizens awoke one morning with splitting headaches... Mage Wars mafia: The town or Archanus was a more or less quiet town. Nothing really happened that was out of the ordinary. Until one night in Farmer Joe's field, massive explosions rocked the city. The dazzling, strange, and somewhat beautiful colours could only mean one thing...magic. The Somehwat Classic mafia game: The town of Classicville was what many would call an ordinary town. They had some crime, but it was generally small and not particularily troubling. A little vandalism here, a little money stolen there, but overall it was fairly minor. That was until they found Little Johnny, a boy of 12, in an alleyway with a bullet in his brain. Something had to be done... Now for those that played Insaneville or helped me balance any of the above games, dont worry. I have changed quite a bit of stuff since last you heard of them so feel free to play. You won't know any more then anyone else. Anyway, if you are interested in playing any of the above games then signup below. Also, feel free to vote for which game you would prefer. i disagree with Falzis statement as quoted. First, because when Theo voted EM would have died anyway so it wouldn't have mattered who he voted for. Second, because KevinH's vote was an OMGUS of sorts. He basically voted EM to save his own skin. Personally, I think that KevinH is scum. His usual no lynch self let's him get away with Day 1, on Day 2 he voted for Falzis(who turned up townie and mafia would have known he was a townie), on Day 3 he voted against EM(who was scum, but the vote was a save-your-own-skin vote so it makes it kinda of null), and on Day 4 he not only voted against Falzis, but also drove for his lynch, and drove hard(this goes against his earlier playing style which seemed to be keeping it close to the chest. with EM gone, the person formerly driving a lot of the town, it would make sense for another mafia to take up the role of trying to drive the town into the ground). so with that i'm going to: Vote: KevinH VOTE COUNT KevinH (1): Narsis II Not Voting (5): Theophilos, Sir Jesus, Martino, Kaziocore, KevinH

ok a few things things: first, yesterday went by way too fast. secondly, @Kaziocore: why the quick vote on Falzis yesterday? thirdly, we are most likely at LYLO today. fourthly, i'm going to go over voting patterns and such tomorrow(in RL). the game has been going on long enough that we should be able to find mafia from that.

Falzis! taht is a very bad move! a very bad move. we have 8 alive: two mafia(assuming) and 6 townies. imo a mislynch of a townie would be better then a no lynch. you yourself were against a no lynch earlier so why the sudden change of heart? if you are so sure that i'm scum then why not vote me? imo the following are townies: Martino and Aquinas. they voted for EM early and had more then enough of a chance to change their votes as the wagon picked up speed. i dont think it would have been hard to come up with some excuse to vote against Kevin. as for scum...: don't neglect to look to Theophilos as scum. althoguh he placed the hammer vote, it was CD who placed the real hammer. even if Theophilos voted against Kevin, Em would have died. also, although Falzis could be scum, if i remember correctly it was EM following Falzis for most of the game. i would suggest someone do a reread to confirm that since i can't. on a side note: i'll be V/LA for 5 days(mole forgot to mention that it seems). I still have it on the sticky note on my desktop. It was to be included in the first votecount.

oh now this is interesting and at the same time absolutely perfect! this is the kind of thing i was watching for. now to wait to see if EM is scum or town... if EM is scum, then my eyes immediately go to Falzis. SJ as well would be one to look at. if EM is town, then KevinH, CD, and Martino would be my suspects. just saying so if i die you know who to look at.

as requested: my reasons for voting Kevin: 1. i'm unsure of who actually is scum still at this point. making it a two-horse race(and by now a threesome) is giving me insight on who is teamed with who. i'm fairly sure that at least one of those we are voting against is scum, simply because: a. i know i'm not scum. b. i'm assuming three mafia. c. i'm betting that some of the scum are going to be playing a more active role. d. i have reasons to believe that Aquinas is townie. so based on that the following could be mafia: Falzis EM Martino Kevin 2. following up on the above, and based on their play, there seems to be sort of two teams: Falzis/EM, and KevinH. what i was hoping to do with my vote was to expand these sides a bit. 3. if i could expand these sides a bit then even if Kevin(or whoever dies) is a townie then i, and the town, could begin looking to the other side for the mafia. 4. Kevin so far has seemed to be playing below his townie norm. in other words, the way his playing is reminiscent of his playing as mafia. 5. it's getting close to the end of the day so might as well make my voice heard.

you do have a point...although what happens if two decided to stay under the radar and one didn't. or vice versa. any combination of scum could have voted or not voted as long as the result wasn't a lynch. also, where did SJ vote and not stay under the radar?

even more ironic: you suggest that there may be scum in the people that didn't vote for soj, but you also want people to vote against those that have voted against soj. contradiction much?

logical deductions? where? on a side note: why is it only CD that asked for my reasoning behind my vote on Kevin? on another side note: why hasn't Martino posted lately? i would like to hear his opinions of what's going on. sitting in the background won't do much good now.
