simple: my attack on Kevin was a mistake and a terrible decision. guess what: we are both right regardless of who is the vig or mafia.

i dont see how this has any bearing on the discussion and is nothing more then a worthless/contentless post.

is it? then why do scum bus? why attempt a gambit? scum are unpredictable beasts as AKC/Theo's gambit is showing.

your partner better at lying/coming up with a fakeclaim of sorts? how so? why should i not defend myself? if i dont then the mafia are likely to win. if i do then at least there is a chance for the town to see the light.

well of course you the scum havent used it yet...you dont have one. why save it? we were/are planning on using it when either one of our own gets hurt enough, or someone we deem strongly enough to be town is in need of it. up until this point neither situation has come about.

bleh sorry didnt really explain did i. the vigs started with a medkit as an item. plus the fact that two were used by people that weren't a vig on night 2 of all nights...well we figured it was extremely unlikely that there were two medkits to be found and that two townies would find them on night 1.

as i said it wasn't a belief that Kevin needed to go, only a belief that he was the best target for the night. we didn't expect the chandelier to drop and hurt him.

taht is a very scummy thing to do. you see by limiting actions to within the rooms, the mod has given the town an invulnerable unblockable cop that is guaranteed to show that at least one of these 2 players is scum. but it only works if only scum attack at night. you attacking then is an obvious scum move. why would you attack with no leads? you'd get a definite lead within 2 days if you had waited. now instead you attacked a player(most likely a town player). that is a very scum move to do on night 1 as unless scum attack they can't possibly win.

to the best of my knowledge searching a body only reveals the items they had not their alignment. hence why i'm trying so hard to point to AKC/Theo being scum. if i die, you will indeed find a bat in my possession...but that doesnt mean i'm mafia. after all Theo who is claiming to be a vig also has a bat...

this. especially when the town so kindly asked the vigs not to attack night 1 to avoid muddying up the results.

combination of the items the vigs started with plus wanting to generate some discussion/reactions.

i agree. the box is something that if the vigs placed it works against their wincon. it has a much higher chance of hurting a townie then hurting mafia as mafia are more likely to be cautious. however if scum placed it then of course it would work towards their wincon as they need to kill everyone that isn't mafia.

that assumes that there are more medkits that may be found or that someone may have already. it also assumes that the healer correctly determines who is a vig.

oh we both have quite a lot to lose. if i die then that's one vig down, and not just a vig: a vig suspected of being mafia. which means that pretty much everything i've been saying is going to be ignored allowing you and your buddies to roam free. sure my vig buddies would be suspicious of you and try to kill you...but if the townies believe you it'd be difficult to do so without having huge amounts of suspicion put on them and the possibility of being wrongly lynched. not to mention the fact that the chandelier damage will wear away at a lot of players health and the potential for more AOE or DOT attacks...it would very likely end in a scum win. you also as scum have lots to lose. you've outed at least one partner so far meaning that if you are indeed caught in this trap and the town believes me...well that's two scum gone just like that. and if CH was also mafia, then the town has just won the game.

or you were worried that discussion would pick up and you'd get caught.

i also find it interesting that two of the top(or at least among my top) suspects from before today have both claimed to be vigs in support of each other...
