why should they come out an counterclaim though? that'd only result in telling the mafia who the other vigs are. and how would we benefit from that? it's not going to change the fact that it's my/our word against theirs.

because i dont think it was AKC/Theo vigs that "placed" the trap. i think it's AKC/Theo scum that did.

EM has been wrong many times in previous games when he claimed to be right, even as a townie.

ok i wasn't aware of that possibility. so what was the purpose of the trap then? or did it not say? @ccabal: that assumes that Theo, AKC, and that other possible vig are telling the truth. i for one think that AKC is lying. and it seems that Theo has lied as well about his night actions at least once. dont see why he would, except to avoid suspicion...which is a very mafia thing to do.

i also totally missed teh very first part but...you claimed to place a trap that would knowingly hurt a player. why would a vig do that?

because i am not stupid enough to out my partner to the mafia. unlike hypothetical AKC vig who is more then happy to try to throw suspicion off himself by outing his partner. it's a gambit, and it may pay off depending on who town wants to believe. what's even better is that even if i die and you search me you'll never really know if i was scum or a vig...and so you can't trust that AKC isn't lying.

1) in order to avoid suspicion. and that one swing helps. 2) how can you know what role Theo has? unless you are mafia and he's your partner... to avoid suspicion and look town. think about it: you are giving him a free pass as a townie are you not? so if he is scum then his ploy has indeed worked. i will admit however taht we hadn't planned on killing Kevin last night/this night. however we figured attacking him as well as seeing his and others reaction to it would help. the chandelier was an unforseen event. well obviously your theory wouldn't be stupid if it's true...except it's not true.

rereading AKC's posts these last few pages just makes me think that he is reaching for any reason to draw suspicion away from him. i for one honestly think we caught scum in him.

1) why is it good to know Curu can dish out damage? he could be mafia lying about where he got the knife. 2) why whack Kevin? well it has to do with the combination of items that us vigs started with and found during the night that makes KevinH finding a medkit night 1 highly suspect. @AKC: if Theo attacked Curu night 1...well why would he do that if he wasn't mafia? and what makes you think that a mafia couldn't have attacked night 1 and then just searched the rest of the game?

assuming i did attack Kevin...how could you have seen that unless you didnt attack CH. and why wouldn't you attack CH? and if you did attack CH...then how could you have seen me hypothetically attack Kevin? some other interesting points: how could you know how many people attack CH? or CH dropped it because he figured he was going to die anyway? another thing to consider: Curu was attacked night 1, however you were also attacked night 1 and night 2. AKC, CH, SpecOps are the only three people to have been in two of the rooms on both nights where someone attacked someone else. additionally, they were all three in the room when the chandelier dropped. also:

is the searching done during the night? @ccabal: compare the two lists, read who was in the room with CH, and then look at what AKC posted. but meh no need to make this a guessing game... it appears that a Chandelier dropped and hurt everyone in the room except for me.

so you saw him attack when it was dark but not when it was light. it just seems to me that if he had attacked the second night you would have seen it. which makes me think a second person attacked Perse/EM.

that's assuming there are an infinite number of medkits, but i doubt that. and proportionally we'd have more townies then scum if we did a 1-for-1 trade.

EBWOP: sorry my thoughts are a bit muddled. basically, i find it odd that SpecOps would see CH attack you N1 with the lights off but doesnt see him attack you N2 with the lights on. which makes me think that CH didnt attack you N2. meaning there's another mafia in the room. either that or SpecOps attacked you both nights and is lying about what he saw.

yet Spec Ops claims to have seen him attack you night 1 anyway. and night 2 the lights were on(or at least i'm assuming they turned on during the night) and he watched again. it stands to reason that the odds of seeing him would increase and he would have seen him attack you again if it was him.

hey EM...you mentioned you were attacked both nights. yet SpecOps claimed to have watched CH both nights and only saw him attack you night 1. which would make me think there is probably another mafia in that room that night(or Spec is lying and attacked you both nights). thoughts on who it may be?
