  1. I realized this when I made the post. I'm afraid it does not absolve him of all doubt but, I was hoping it would lift some suspicions. No matter how much information it grants us, I am not suspect of CanucksDynasty. At the same rate I am not going to jump on and lynch Martino. Although, I am suspicious I don't see much more than an intuition argument against him which at this point in the game is not a benefit in my mind. Its interesting that he has not received the third vote from someone else which hints slightly at him being mafia but, we seem to be up against a very smart scum team this time around and would not be surprised they are not just jumping on to kill him to avoid suspicion. In fact, I find that to be just as likely as any of the situations CanucksDynasty pointed out. I do not think any of the situations involving Kaziocore's death that were pointed out by Martino earlier are nearly as likely however. I'm most eagerly waiting Electric Mango's vote at this point. I think it will reveal quite a bit. @Martino: What is keeping you from placing an vote on CanucksDynasty? Or did you?
  2. With three votes down it looks like the day has ended and I do not want to post my thoughts on the situation in that case.
  3. I think I might be to late to get a solid opinion in today with another vote for ScoutX. Is that right? I am very interested to know exactly what was meant by a few players knowing that Electric Mango was a scum before he was lynched. What was that about "KevinH, you should be able to read between the lines." comment by someone. I believe that was Falzis as well. I would like to know how exactly he was so sure. Is he our cop role? Does he have some other power? Was he just able to deduce it? As far as ScoutX goes...he seems like a logical canidate. If I'm not to late I will review this more and get a word in. I'd like to refrain from posting if the day just ended after that recent vote. I'll double post in a minute if it wasn't. I just need to check.
  4. Alright, I did not want to do this unless it was necessary. I think under the circumstances it is. We have two very strong opinions against someone I know to be a townie if my familiarity with the mechanics is correct. I am weary of both Martino and Electric Mango's SFOS and it seems like people are getting ready to vote. With the current situation lynching a townie makes us loose so, exposing what seems to be the closest thing to a cop role seems to me like it is a must do. Spending the night before last all cramped up in my room I happened to role over onto a monocle. Experimenting with the device I realized that I could better track the whereabouts of specific individuals if I concentrated real hard on my surroundings. I am able to use the monocle to track and individual in my room as well as the rooms adjacent to mine. Last night, I decided to pay extra close attention to CanucksDynasty. Why him? I kept CanucksDynasty in my monocle because game after game I find myself trusting him which is a bad habit because he is a serious veteran player that could easily deceive me. I did not assume that he was scum at this point but, at the time I was lost for leads so following CanucksDynasty I was hoping to confirm my trust in someone. I believe I did just that. Unfortunately last night we lost a good man, Kaziocore. Fortunately, he was killed in a room right next to me. He spent his last moments in the cockpit as I stayed awake all night in a room on the left side of the plane just outside the cockpit. During the night, with my power to squint real hard into a circular piece of glass I did not see CanucksDynasty in the room. Another unfortunate fact, because I need to squint so hard looking for one person I was unable to see who actually killed Kaziocore. I hope I am able to drop suspicion on CanucksDynasty with this information. I find him to be an excellent player, one whose posts I enjoy above most others. Also, throughout this flight I have found him to be a generally trustworthy passenger. I am disappointing he has taken up a liking to his caps lock button and lost his cool but, I can understand his frustration. Martino and Electric Mango, I think its time you look elsewhere and I hope CanucksDynasty (a much better scum detector than myself) can lead our fellow innocent members of this flight to kill the scum who survived the crash with us. I will do what I can with my monocle tonight as I safely tucked it away during the crash. However, unless someone happened to find a first aid kit in the cargo hold I feel relatively vulnerable. I wish I had stumbled upon this piece sooner I find it to be quite exquisite. I challenged Electric Mango recently to wake from his slumber recently and show us some of the skill he played with in previous encounters. He has done just that. Its a shame that it seems to me his efforts have focused on a friendly passenger. As of yet I am unsure whether to cite this as circumstance of CanucksDynasty's recent behavior which I admit is less than passive or because he was intentionally trying to mislead us. I am more critical of Martino. I believe Martino has been hiding more than Electric Mango recently. Martino creeps out from between the seats of our airliner now after we have crash landed hoping to have some kind of sway. I am concerned that he has only shown himself now to dominate the island and take terrorist supremacy of the land. I will review his voting record as well as that of Electric Mango and see what I can find. I implore CanucksDynasty to do the same as well as our other innocent survivors. Good luck gentlemen, lets not give in just yet. ((Also...SinKon was killed just recently in this other game. It feels strange to use this as evidence in out current game. MOD: Should I know better than to bring up events in the other game as evidence in this one?))
  5. I think Martino and Electric Mango have issued some excellent points. I won't go down line by line because I would just end up restating most of it. Electric Mango, its good to see you back in action. I missed your nice long on point posts. It seems to me that Cannucks Dynasty is scum for flaw I have seen in many accused scum/non town roles. I noticed it multiple times in the past few games. It seems that when scum start getting accused they start getting really agitated. The demeanor in Cannucks Dynasty's posts is more often than not a cool calm and collected deduction. That demeanor 180ed as soon as the heat started dropping. I grant you all this however, I would not cast a vote on him just yet. I think he is more frustrated than anything. It seems to me that he is just tired and I will allow him the benefit of the doubt for the time being. For now, I am needed at work but, I am going to investigate both Martino and Electric Mango's post after that. I am surprised that they both start speaking out at the same time after being relatively dormant until now. Anyway, that is what I am thinking and where I am heading next. I don't want to go to work...ugh.
  6. Alright, I am putting down the hammer on Electric Mango. I was explicit when I said if I don't here something constructive and convincing from him I would be quite suspicious. I do not intend to go back on my word. His posts have been quick and usually off the point. Sounds like, there are some other "between the lines" readings that I may be missing but, we'll see what the story is on those shortly. VOTE: Electric Mango
  7. Between the two threads you seem to post this statement often. I hope you deliver on that soon since this will be a much faster moving game. Otherwise you'll draw some suspicion from me.
  8. Red leader standing by.
  9. I think there are serious alternatives to this list we should consider before implementing it. What if we all constructed a new format for voting in a 'prospective vote: aquinas' style. This way we can say who we would vote for on the final day without locking it in officially for the scum to manipulate. I know we're in our last game day but, it seems like putting all our cards on the table just yet is unwise...
  10. Count me in!
  11. I did, in fact mean to vote for Sir Jesus. I meant to convey that I did not think there would be such a strong following that he would eventually get lynched. I meant to vote for him, I suspected him of being mafia but, at the time however, I did not think there was enough communal suspicion of Sir Jesus that he would be the one to get lynched. When I voted for him I intended to vote for him knowing what it could mean although I did not think it would come to fruition. I did not, in the least place a "No I-do-not-mean-to-lynch-you-vote". Please, excuse me for suggesting something of the sort if that is indeed what I suggested. I am a little unclear: Are you now suggesting that SinKon is or is not scum? How confident are you in your quoted reasoning? How definite do you believe the quoted reasoning to be?
  12. I take issue with this as well. The cop, I think, should withhold information until he knows we are making a sure mistake at lynch time. Of course, this is at his digression but, there is no reason to out yourself unless it needs to happen. The less the cop is a target the better. It seems at this point that the cop might be the only townie with a really good lead. Although SinKon seems faulty on what he asks the town to do on multiple occasions, it doesn't seem to me that he is doing so maliciously. I've said that before, but its really starting to add up. I'm not sure anymore if posts like this are not thought through or really trying to get townie roles to make a quick unconsidered decision. I didn't really think that Sir Jesus would get lynched when I put down that first vote for him. In fact, thats one of the reasons I didn't vote for SinKon. I didn't want to vote for someone that close to getting lynched because I wasn't convinced enough of anyone. I had my reasons, sure, but, I didn't think five more votes would fall in behind me that quickly. I do think its strange SinKon has been the one to drop two hammer votes for townies thus far. I think it follows from his brash and upfront play style that if he were a mafia he would have no qualms about trading quick results (lynching townies) for drawing suspicion. SinKon has been a close second to getting lynched all three days. We've heard ample cases against him and at this point I wouldn't be as shy about lynching him save one thing. CannucksDynasty, there was a post you made in his defense. At the time this was most convincing for me because you had spent the prior two days voting for him. Could you reiterate you defense again? Make it clear exactly why you find SinKon to surely be townie. For the time being then, FOS: SinKon.
  13. Sounds good...all movement seems pretty arbitrary at this point... MOVE: ROOM 8
  14. I know I am town, so I'll do what I can to save my own life for now before I risk it voting for someone who may or may not be scum. I did notice this and amended my statement in a EBOWP. I agree with some of your reasoning about Sinkon but, I think sense this post we've cleared up some issues with SinKon. I didn't. In fact I considered him as a possible scum candidate in my post. I find him suspicious for some of the same reasons you pointed out in your posts.
  15. EBWOP: SirJesus voted AFTER Falzis today but, the connection is still there.
  16. I'm not impressed. You turned around and voted for him in just the same manor you accused him of being scummy for. Also, taking a look at the vote counts for the past couple days I am aware of the fact we have seen Falzis, Narsis and then Sir Jesus vote the same candidate in that order. If we have some kind of special God Father rule for scum this would make sense for a scum vote order. If I were to vote for Falzis at this point it'd do more harm than good for me. Without a doubt I'd be tagged as a bandwagon voter since we're already comming down on people for that. I also still want to believe Narsis is a townie and if I had to pick between Falzis Narsis and Sir Jesus to be townie it'd be Narsis. Vote: Sir Jesus He voted for SinKon alleging the same reasons he accused SinKon with being scummy. Also, he seems to be bandwagon voting with a highly suspected scum. He just did it again locking in a vote on SinKon just after Falzis voted for SinKon. FOS: Falzis
  17. Something to consider is why the mafia would take out KevinH and leave Falzis to be such an obvious target. Why didn't they kill on Night 1? They didn't because they didn't want to have an obvious scum lynch target the next day. So, if thats what they were trying to avoid then why would they allow for it to happen day 2? I don't see why they would throw all their cards on the table to take out KevinH who they may have considered as a possible doctor or cop without anything concrete to suggest it. I'll also echo what Martino said about SinKon's vote rationale. However, SinKon won't be getting my vote just yet. I find SinKon to be a little....squirrely, but not real scummy. I think hes distracting and a little out there but, I don't think it has a malicious intent for now.
  18. Sorry, I didn't mean to suggest that Narsis is the doctor. I only mean to show that Narsis would be perceived more likely to be the doctor than Falzis. I do not think that Narsis is necessarily the doctor but, that he would be an appropriate candidate to block. If the mafia were betting on someone I think it would likely be him. Also, you're assuming that just being in a room allows you to acquire an item. It could be that you have to be in a room and then you have a % chance of coming across a useful item. This would make the most sense to me. I'd just like to say I've been pretty sick these last couple days and been taking finals and going to work. I really don't mean to be picking any fights. I'm just thinking out loud not gunning for any definitive truth. That would be impossible in my current state.
  19. I wonder about our rule change now. Is it possible that anti-town power roles can use their powers from room to room but, townies are limited to the room they assign themselves to? This would tip the game in favor of the mafia but, it might help clear up the role block situation. It seems to me that the scum would find Narsis to be a more likely candidate for the doctor than Falzis, according to his outspoken town behavior. This would mean if they wanted to kill KevinH they had the option to role-block Narsis or Falzis because blocking other rooms wouldn't make sense if they doctor had to be there to prevent the night kill. Just something to think about. Falzis is playing dumb now about the situation. Maybe Falzis wasn't informed or roleblocked because he is scum trying to look innocent... If the rules don't work our that the rooms some how limit someones power role I don't understand why they would still exist. Its seems like we're not getting to lucky on this whole item thing and even with items they could be randomly assigned without rooms. VOTE COUNT Not Voting (10): Narsis, Electric Mango, Samus, Sir Jesus, SinKon, Falzis, Kaziocore, Aquinas, CanucksDynasty, Martino With 10 Alive, 6 is needed to lynch.
  20. @ Junkahoolik: Although it might be to late anyway, I don't think flopping between a lynch and no lynch strategy is helping your case. You've been back and forth the last few pages. I'd be more able to trust you if you could stick to a stance. Seeing as we haven't had a death scene, it seems our time has not expired...we're in a gray area I think... The same could be said about Junkahoolik. Do you think SinKon's flip flopping is worse than Junkahoolik's?
  21. I was concerned about this as well. However, now that we are missing our night movement rule we need not be as concerned about inactives. Although, it is a shame we don't need to shove them off right away. That said, I am glad you are voting based on an issue that concerns you. Welcome to the team .
  22. Do you have any of your own suspicions at this time?
