yeah i have no clue. it feels like thats just a trend. while i get why netflix did the big "reveal" thing, i always find those kind of cheesy, like how they hide someone and then want you to go oh fuck its that guy.... but I mean I wonder what percentage of viewers havent played the games or read the books, like which is the majority? and i wonder since they included the wild hunt so early (which are not a big part of the books but huge in the games) if they intend on adapting the witcher 3 storyline in some way at the end of the series? thats kind of my guess. the books as an outline for most of the show then end with the whole wild hunt storyline- and have them slowly in the background kind of like the white walkers in GoT
