Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
If 2 of our 5 bullets belong to scum, then all they need is to have any townie killed by any townie bullet. The 2 scum bullets then kill the remaining 2 townie bullets and the scum wins with a 2-2 tie. So if any of you townies with bullets are considering believing Falzis and Sir Jesus and going rogue like they did, consider that a wrong shot loses the game.

Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
I'm still going under the assumption that there are two scum. We have 5 bullets left and need to correctly identify 2/7 with those shots. If we shoot anyone other than Falzis or Sir Jesus and get it wrong, we will be down to 3 bullets left. If we shoot anyone other than Falzis or Sir Jesus because we believe they are both townies, that means that 2 of our 5 bullets belong to scum. If all the townies line up and volunteer to shoot, then only the scum will be left and they will win. So we ought to look at who volunteered early to shoot and then pressure somebody else into doing the shooting. Since Falzis and Sir Jesus both killed a townie and are the most suspicious, I make a motion that only the 5 of us with bullets remaining make the decison about the shooter.

Vgm wanted to deviate from the plan. That tilts the scales toward her and gives her my vote. vgm (2) - CD, KevinH CD (1) - vgm

Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
Falzis is now way at the top of the Scum-O-Meter. A scum would not want to shoot a townie that didn't have a bullet. A scum would want to get rid of the vocal Electric Mango who was guiding the town in a victorious direction. I don't think this makes Sir Jesus any more or any less scummy. Falzis' refusal to follow the plan could have have been protection of a scum buddy or it could have been the avoidance of wasting a scum bullet on an unarmed townie. Only one question needs to be answered: Who now will shoot Falzis?
-
Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
I thought vgm is slightly suspicious because of the hint of a desire to abandon the plan. I find Falzis suspicious because of his certainty that Sir Jesus is a townie; only the scum would know for certain who is a townie. I'll join the bandwagon and vote that Falzis shoots Sir Jesus.

I still volunteer to do it myself.

Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
It's hard to know who is scum and who is not. Sir Jesus killed a townie and that is more than anyone else has done. For the town to maximize its chances, Sir Jesus must be the target.

Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
I'm not especially convinced that Vgm is scum. But I haven't been convinced about anybody else, either. Yes, probability indicates that the next person shot will be a townie. Would you rather shoot a townie with a bullet or a townie without a bullet?

Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
Perhaps this is an attempt by scum to influence the flow of the game away from a pro-town strategy. I hereby nominate Vgmmaster to shoot Sir Jesus.

Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
I think we need to be consistent. For all I know, Sir Jesus is a townie. I just think he's the best option we have now. If I shoot and Sir Jesus is proven a townie, I still want the the plan to continue and have someone shoot me. I won't have my bullet, so it won't matter if I die. If we deviate from the plan, then somebody with a bullet must be shot. If the target ends up as a townie, then we will have lost another townie bullet.

Who else is willing to shoot and be shot?
-
Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
We lost Aquinas. We lost Aquinas' bullet. Who was responsible? Sir Jesus. He may or may not have had the best of intentions but my Scummeter points toward him more than anyone else. I'm willing to shoot, but we should then have some discussion about who will shoot me ...

Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
Wow. I get distracted for a day and I come back to 5 additional pages of posts and a dead townie already. News flash: My taxes are complete and in the mail. Anyway, I still like the idea of shooting people without bullets so we don't lose two townie bullets with one shot. Sir Jesus, whether townie or not, is the one player without a bullet and thus is my nominee to be the next "shootee". Let's decide who seems to be the scumiest and coerce them into shooting Sir Jesus so we can shoot them next. I still volunteer to do the deed myself is the group desires it.

Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
I totally understand the assumption of 2 scum. I thought that way myself. On the other hand, this is a typical "nobody knows nuthin'" so to me any target is as good as the next.

RSS. Random Shooting Stage. I'll volunteer to shoot and prove I am a townie!

Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
I'm in agreement with the Narsis plan. How about picking the first shootee based on inactivity?
-
Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
Unless the mafia don't know each other, I believe it has to be less than 3. Otherwise the first 2 townies that shoot other townies would lose the game.
-
Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
I didn't intend to make it game-breaking. I was only maximizing the chances for the town; the town would lose if we picked the wrong player to start. I'm liking Electric Mango and Narsis for making protown arguments. This will be a different sort of game because we won't have a vote history. Once the scum shoot, they are no longer a threat per se, but we will need to eliminate them to win.

Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!
The scum need the townies to kill each other. It hurts the town worse when a townie with a bullet remaining is killed. A possible plan: While we are all alive, we arrive at agreement as to who will be the eventual survivor. We decide an order in which we will get killed, using all the bullets. Someone who doesn't follow the plan is assumed to be scum and is killed next. I think a scheme like this will give the town the best chance. This counts as a 'game breaking strategy'.

I would have role-claimed eventually. I wanted EM to reply to my questions to see if he would have dug himself into a hole. I didn't consider that I'd get a vote so early. This was fun and fast. I think the town has to lynch the first day and then if wrong it's lynch or lose the second day.

Speed Game - Game Thread
Why do you believe these things? One option has neither a cop nor a doc. What evidence is there that there is a doc over a cop? One thing is true: with 3 townies to 2 scum, if we lynch wrong, we will lose.

Speed Game - Game Thread
Those who vote to lynch a townie are indeed suspicious. I'll make some allowance since it was in the best interest of the town to vote for someone and nobody really knew anything. But a townie got lynched and those that voted have to be a little bit more suspicious that the rest of us.
