I'm kind of liking this version better, since we haven't actually seen any real voting patterns.

By that logic, and your scum probability list, Daimos would be the best candidate to lynch. That is of course if scum didn't scatter their votes on purpouse.

I am curious to hear why I would be the best candidate out of the people who voted for Rafay.

Reason I voted for Rafay is because we need to lynch someone and it seemed like everyone was leaning towards him.

I will probably use my vote on someone who is close to being lynch again.

The way the game normally works, at some point the town has to start guessing at whom the scum are in order to win.

Since a scum, but not a townie, died by a night-kill last night, maybe this game is not normal.

However, we should at least get some voting going so we have something to analyze later.

Did a doc save us? Can he do it again?
Did a cop investigate? Is there information that's not being shared?

I think with so many ppl there have to be multiple roles involved or maybe two ppl maybe given the same role for two factions. Also are we the only 4-5 alive.

Reign_of_Terror I'm in agreement with the sentiment we need a lynching, and I'm going on vacation away from steady internet for the next few days.

One thing that is probable is that whoever is the cop role has some crazy twist as par for the rest of the game, so we can't assume someone just withholding cop info

I'm behind pushing for a vote as well, but tossing a forth on Reign of Terror would be a little quick I think?

Before that happens can we decide as a team, that if a cop/doc does have information regrading last night or any other that they come forward? If there is something out there, I think it might be best to get into a offensive position before the last day. Certainly there is considerations of how pertinent the information is etc., but disregarding that: do we as a team collectively think a power role with solid information should step forward at this point? I think with new players (at least in this forum) answering this question might help encourage them to step forward, assuming those power roles are active in the thread.

I am generally for it, concerns about the weight of the information aside, I would hate to drop another townie on so little information - especially when our highest voted candidate at this point hasn't posted all day.

If I'm the only one feeling this way, so be it. All you eager voters, notice I am asking for consensus, not pushing for a reveal that the town does not find appropriate. In the alternative, if we mis-lynch today, what about tomorrow?

and I'm with BeeBs, but I don't think anyone knows anything super useful yet or else they probably would have tried to turn the vote off of reign of terror. So:

I would urge the cop (if any) to use discretion in role-claiming.
If all you know is that someone is a townie, there are other ways to let us know that without role-claiming.
For instance if I were killed and shown to be a cop, you could place more weight on my belief that Electric Mango is a townie.

However, if I am killed I will not be shown to be a cop.
I had a one-use tracker which I used on EM on the first night. It gave no result so I simply hinted that he's less likely to be townie.

I find it amusing that two other players found it appropriate to "probe" him.

Regarding lynching. I would not be totally sad if we didn't reach majority.
I'm guessing 3 scum are still alive out of the 13 remaining players. Odds favor a random lynch hitting a townie.

The real tragedy will be when somebody investigates and discovers scum but we are not able to get 7 votes to lynch. That's very possible since only 9 players have posted this day. We would need 7 of those 9 to agree to lynch. If the lynching target happens to be scum, there won't be any scum votes on him.

If the scum have night-kills, then they will be targetting active townies and our problem only gets worse. The case can be made that we should lynch inactive townies so that a majority will be easier to reach when we finally have better information.

A pro-town vigilante that has to kill would be wise to choose an inactive as well.
