It honestly depends on how much discussion there is on the first day. If you have 4-5 people our of 14 do the majority of the discussing, then a day 1 lynch is probably not the best of options. However, if 10 or so people out of 14 are active in discussion then a day 1 lynch can be good. So it really just depends on the group, how much and what all is said.

Aenir was drinking heavily in her apartment in the early hours of the morning.
She became bored because she was all alone so she decided to take pictures of herself planking.
She tried planking on top of the refrigerator and on top of broken bottles but it wasn't thrilling enough
so she tried to plank on the balcony. It wasn't stupid enough so she planked on top of the balcony's railing.
Unlucky for Wedy, she accidentally had butt crumps so she loses balance and fell to her death from her seven-story balcony

One would normally put suspicion on those that voted to lynch the townie. By killing off one of those voters, the scum has increased the chances that they would be targeted for a lynch.

Unless ... maybe none of the scum voted for the townie and they aren't worried about getting lynched because of voting for a townie.

Or maybe it's a big "Wine In Front Of Me" situation where they just want us to think that they didn't vote for a townie.

So basically, we don't know nothin'.

From what I read from the death note wiki it seems that Aenir had some kinda investigative role, so it seems that the scum are going after any people with investigative abilities or it might be that they put all names in a hat, picked one up and decided to get rid of it.

Now, I think it would be a safe assumption that there are 3 scum but if there are 4 of them then we are getting pretty close to LYLO.

He is almost always in favor of lynching, but when he saw us lynching Xarastier he chose to vote No lynch. The only way I can see this reversal in voting pattern/play style is that he knew that Xarastier was not scum, and therefore chose to abstain from voting to lynch him to appear townie. Also, having a townie who wants to lynch at random would benefit the scum immensly as it would throw us into confusion. Out of everything I've been able to peace together through the information I have available, this is my best guess at who the scum is.

I will however withhold my vote until an explanation is given.

So did they have any power roles? Seems like MOD is only posting their names and not what roles they had. Unless both xarastier and aenir were just vanilla townies.

I am not gloating. I am very much confused. I try to piece together puzzles and thought I was starting to see patterns but this pretty much throws a wrench in all that.

I totally understand that game play will be altered because of holidays, but it would be an easy way for scum to hide.

So i noticec that there is a significant amount of discussion between all of us except Cam177 and Alternate_Tree. They are pretty much unknowns at this point and i find it interesting that those two have been very quiet while two death notes have been picking us off.
