it's the breadcrumb! if it really is a breadcrumb, which mole seems to believe, the only faction that could post that as a breadcrumb are the druggies.

In all the mafia games I've played...this is the first time I've ever heard of breadcrumb.
Not too sure what to make of it.

Please note - I have not once said I'm certain in the breadcrumb.
The only reason I mentioned it was that it was the one little hint of a thing which led me to choose Falzis over KevinH in my vote.

As far as I can remember, I have not taken the breadcrumb any further in my case than I did when I first mentioned it - merely explained it to those who did not understand, and defending my use of it as a reasoning to vote.

I think Falzis has a pretty damn good chance of being anti-town.

If I had to say one, yes, I'd say druggie.

I'm not sure what to think about this post to be honest. My initial instinct told me that you're a drug dealer and Falzis is mafia since you just put vote #2 on him. Are you trying to to tell us something because I don't see what he said as being scummy and you said yourself that RVS (Random Voting Stage) is over. Maybe you're the breadcrumb. Also if you don't like WIFOM (<-click for description new guys) then this game isn't for you. This whole game is cloak and dagger.

After reading everything the mole/Falzis debate...I think this is the most probably situation.
That Mole is the druggie and Falzis is mafia.

Mole placed the 2nd vote of Falzis over something that was (from what I could see) minor.
Perhaps trying to influence the town to vote for Falzis?

Falzis became overly defensive (kinda odd reaction).
If Mole is druggie...then it stands to reason that Falzis is mafia.

KevinH and EM posting don't tell me much but I'm leaning towards townie.
However, Narsis posts seem to side with Mole's arguement without actually placing a vote on Falzis.
Perhaps Mole's druggie partner (cuz in Mole's post...he mentioned something about druggies wouldn't necessarily vote like that)?

Meh...just my thoughts...I could be totally wrong.

In any case we have 2 people attracting the most attention.
With a 50% chance a hitting a scum...I'm good with lynching either one.

just cause i'm siding with mole doesn't make me his partner. i just think that Falzis's case against mole doesn't really carry much weight logically. and since mole's is really the only other case out there...

anyway we might as well try for one of them.

wow i didn't realize my vote put him at L-1. i'd like to hear a little more discussion before we kill anyone...and an official votecount.

The two I'm focused on now are Molestargazer and Falzis.

Of course, it's because they've been driving the conversation. The logic employed by both of them seems convoluted and filled with gaps. That could be unintentional, but I think it is likely a deliberate attempt to mislead.

Then again, as experienced players it makes sense that they drive the game forward with conversation. They're trying to get this thing off the ground. So the question would become: why aren't all the other experienced players (CanucksDynasty, KevinH, perhaps Narsis?) participating as much? Perhaps they are laying low, content to let the attention focus elsewhere? Perhaps they are quiet because there isn't enough information yet upon which to base meaningful inferences?
It would seem that, no matter how far along this game progresses, it is still at heart an exercise in the WIFOM dilemma. Meaning that there IS no time when there's enough information to make meaningful inferences; therefore, those not contributing now would appear to be scum trying to evade detection.

Right now, though, I'm confident in selecting between either Molestargazer or Falzis. And with my vote already set on one of the two, I'm content to let it remain.

In a typical game, on day one there is a lot of posturing but nobody really knows anything.

In this game, there are 2 players that do know something (the drug lords). It's in their best interest to guide the rest of us to lynch a mafia.

I'm happy to follow along and lynch a mafia. Somebody in the Falzis lynch-mob is probably a drug lord.

Maybe I'm wrong and Falzis is the drug lord pointing out mole as the mafia and nobody will listen. If we lynch a drug lord, I'm satisfied with that, too.

usually on day 1 there is little to no info. still logic can prove useful. and on later days...vote patterns and logically applying them becomes key.

also when have i been lying low?

anyway...i've thought about it a bit more. i think our best bet is to kill one of Falzis or mole. if they turn up druggie...then the other is likely mafia. if they turn up mafia...the other is likely druggie. if they turn up town...well i dont know what to think.
