I've personally never head of an odd and even mafia separate of each other. But it would help balancing if only one of them could kill every night. It's also a draw back in balancing. I personally wouldn't try it but if anybody could figure out a fair way to do it Kevin might be able to do it.

Of course if there are 2 scum teams, everything changes, but I'm not 100% convinced about that yet as it also doesn't really fit in the Star Wars theme I think.

I could possibly see this being applied to the Force Awakens theme. Both the Resistance and the First Order were trying to locate Luke Skywalker. Perhaps two scum teams are trying to "compete" to stay alive and hunt down the town?

We already have two other known examples in this game of people who would not have used a night 2 action for various reasons.

Hey guys, I can confirm that I am indeed in. Now I will say that I am about as up to date on this game and the mafia community in general as Luke Skywalker on current events, so I'll need a bit to catch up. Currently, I'm on page 15 sifting through the posts to get a general feel on players and the situation. Will share my thoughts after that.

I was not planning on role claiming because that hasn't exactly worked out well for us as a town thus far. Doing so only continues to weaken the town's position from the standpoint that we are arming the scum with the ability to carefully plan their moves in order to take us out most effectively.

 

However, due to the big life change of mine that you alluded to earlier that is now occupying most of my time, I no longer have the time to continue to tear apart your recycled accusations against me with posts full of evidence, just to have them be completely disregarded and passed off as "only scum would write a wall of text". While my role is not as harmful to the mafia as Samus's role cop ability was, it is one that is incredibly beneficial to the town in that it would most likely require a lynch wagon to form against me in order to kill me. In other words, the mafia would have a hard time killing me right now. I did not perform an action last night because my ability is an X-Shot ability.

The active townies went quiet these last days, me as well, as I wanted to see what would happen. But nothing happened at all, they just stay quiet and don't share their thoughts...

Ok guys, will share my thoughts today, it's just that reading through 46 frigging pages takes a while. And holy hell, was this an eventful thread, everyone roleclaiming left and right. So much for me trying to subtly hint at my role when all is already out in the open, lol

 

I also have a VERY strong suspicion for one specific player who is Mafia, but will only reveal in in the next post as I want to build a solid case, not just throw it out there.
