FB is right, if we are just going for a lynch. Rafay would be the better target. We would be better off hitting scum, but the likelyhood right now is low. It would be based off of gut feelings, ideas, and agreements more then anything else. We just have to realize that tonight we have a high possibility of losing a PR, and the info he carries. This is not a notion for anyone to come out, unless you have without a doubt scum target. The town is game is leaning for a lynch and Rafay is now a distraction, and a safe bet to not a PR.

My only defense for him was more not letting scum use him for a quick easy lynch. If he turns out scum. Then I was wrong and should be considered for a lynch tomorrow.

Fair points. I was under the assumption everyone thought he was town and was really confused by the votes.

You're putting words into my statements here. See the differences between your "unvote" and mine.

Yours:

- Because Rafay is almost lynched (L-1)

- Because you're afraid that lynching lurkers might be detrimental to town.

Mine:

- Because Rafay showed more activity this game.

- Because I wanted to pressure the other lurker (Kazio), with vote.

 

In contrast, all you did this time around was just stating the facts and implications, without any real solutions or scum hunting (I welcome all townies to search and check his posts). I think that was my general impression that lead me to all this details. You didn't feel like trying to find the scums this game.

 

Before I get too deep on the last part of your argument. Let me get this straight, are you seriously accusing that I and Kazio are part of the mafia?

That post you've trying to push into the context is unrelated thought I've been repeating for some time (that's exactly the same thing I've been arguing with Rhizo about last game, when he was trying to direct a lynch on lurkers/inactives). It shouldn't be the role of the town to punish those that don't want to play (since it most of the time we lynch inactive town - and that's a historical fact) but the role of a mod to replace such person. And this (replacing) is actually a better solution than blindly shooting around.

 

Secondly those "differences" means nothing and are just a tool for you to bend the truth around. For example should I say back in those posts that Rafay is more active and therefore we should look at others less active, you'd be quoting them right now to say I was trying protecting him.

 

 

I welcome town to take a look back and check my posts...and it's funny when you say I'm not proposing any solutions and to reinforce that point you quote my D1 post when I'm proposing objectively the best solution, that keeps town longer in play.

Also, are you seriously asking about Kazio? Is now placing a lone vote on someone during D1 meaning anything?

 

The problem with "asking questions and be sure about whom I vote on" without actually voting on the person is, well, it's not very effective. Rafay and iSoc are the prime examples. See what happened when I try to poke you with a vote? I could actually change my opinion after this discussion, so the better strategy would be "vote and ask for questions so we can be sure about whom we vote on".

 

Agreed and that's what I meant when I said I've noticed I'm the last one not putting a vote. While rushing straight with the vote may have a detrimental effect (like FB did when starting D2), when everyone is voting, just sitting and asking is a waste of time, since at that point it won't have the same power.

 

Another misinterpretation again on the last statement. It's not the lynch/no lynch, it's about Rafay. At the time he is:

- A self claimed VT

- A Lurker

- Is infamous for small contributions

I stand by my statement, he is the minimal risk choice if we decided to lynch someone on day one. The only basis for my feel that Rafay is town is purely because of his increased activity. Well that didn't last long.

 

You know exactly what I've said. It wasn't at all about lynch/no lynch. It was about you stating that you felt he's a town and yet you had nothing against lynching him. No matter how you'll try to explain this, unless you felt everyone is a town, being OK with lynching someone who you feel is town is not a good play.

Now, Lyner was lynched overnight.  Him and AbT went at it, now he's dead.  Did his commentary hit too close to home?

From the grave.  Lyner was a mason. This means there was a group of people he could communicate with and know they weren't scum. 

 

Based on this list, I'm going to guess at least 2 the "towniest" are masons, among Robert, CoD, and SBG.  I am not one.  I will vouch for my town bona fides tho.

 

Looks worse for AbT and iSoc.

@KevinH another question about how you approached setup. You said you deleted the SK and 2 townies, does that mean that you generated your setup with x T results, which gave you the scum team roles, and then deleted 2 townies? or did you delete the townies BEFORE generating scum roles (AKA T results -2 for scum roles)?

or did you get your results and just fill in with less vanilla townies?

Lets utilize Lyner's list for a moment.
FB claims to not be a mason, but his early lead on the Rafay lynch puts him pretty well into the town alignment. Assuming 2 more masons on the list, I'm willing to bet Robert and CoD are both townies alongside myself.

This leaves Kazio, Isoc, and AbT.

Assuming 2 more scums, we have a pretty comfortable situation with 2 theories and courses of action.

1) Lyner hit too close to home. AbT killed him. AbT is scum. I believe we have 1 mislynch left. We lynch AbT. He comes up town, we move to Isoc and Kazio.

2) AbT is town and Kazio/Isoc used a lyner kill to frame him. Going this path assumes AbT is town so we kill Isoc, then Kazio. If either comes up town, we kill AbT.

I feel safest going with #1 as I'm pretty sure AbT is scum at this point and got rid of Lyner to use the "why would I kill the person voting me" excuse.

If we come up wrong here, we can be assured it is the 2nd theory and Isoc/Kazio are remaining scum.

The other mason should RC imo. Even if there is a counter claim and we guess wrong, it will end up confirming a scum. We are 5v2 right now, if we mislynch on a fake claim we'd be at 2v1 after lynching the correct person. If we guess right then we'll be at 4v1 tomorrow.

I was Lyners Mason partner. There was only us in the mason group as Kevin said only 2 M were rolled. He also said if only one M was rolled, that person would be a Innocent Townie. I was hoping we both make it to today. 

 

I doubt a scum would attempt to fake claim Lyner as there Mason partner. That being said, lyner had a guess on what the setup was as well. His guess on the setup was MMVVTTT

 

his top suspect we lightly discussed last night was  AbT, iSoc, SBG. He was thinking there are 2 vannila goons left and I entirly agree with him. 

 

 

That being said, Finster Tunneling scum for 2 straight days makes him almost of a confirmed townie. 

 

isoc is still atop my scum list. If he also going to participate as much as Rafay did, He is probally the one I'd go after. I doubt Ali would purposly kill Lyner after he was all over him yesterday. It looks like almost like a frame to kill off ali. But I do suspect him. Lets review what we got first.
