You guys just jumped on conclusions for no reason. Did I at any point of time claim I am traditional cop? I said I found AbT guilty. What I meant is that I posted cop power, but 1 shot. What was so urgent that you couldn't wait for AbT to post at least? IF he didnt post in another couple of hours I would have revealed all that I know. I just asked for a bit of time.    I hoped the cop was smart enough to not counter claim. So either atlis is actual cop or he is scum who knows AbT is miller. And @atlis if you were the cop how did you know Rafay was not jailor? Did you find a guilty investigation on him? If so then MK is totally lying.

This. When you claim, might as well come out with everything at once. Telling everyone your role + your night investigation results would have no impact on AbT's response, and might've prevented the original cop from claiming. 

I swear someone else claimed JoAT this game though. This definitely adds some excitement. 

My opinions?

Atliis is telling the truth in my opinion. He has been hinting to having a role all game and randomly came out with being a cop. As this is his first game, I don't imagine he understands the power the cop has, nor does he understand role claiming is bad. (Not everyone has roles, and this puts a target on your back.)

Lach's claim (see below for MK's claim)

Lachiton claims a JoAT. I don't see TW putting two separate roles on the same faction (town) with multiple X-shots. One of them is lying and with MK's holes in a majority of his stories, I'm inclined to believe Lach on him being a JoAT. However, a JoAT could still be a scum role. They claim different abilities (bulletproof vs bodyguard, etc) so not an exact same role claim, but I just can't picture two JoAT's being on the town.

MK - Alot of focus on him, ragequitting because his holes in his story got highlighted. Isn't keeping his own story straight. Unless we have Rafay 2.0 here (lying about roles, putting holes into stories and barely defending it), we have a scum or jester.
 

 

MK can confirm that we discussed months ago via PM how much it sucked that people constantly lynched him for out-of-game reasons. I'm not pulling this stuff out of my arse.

Well, if you are so interested in my RC, i don't have a true role.
It's just a mix of various X-Shots.
Day 1, i tracked Rafay, who is by default the number one choice for me.
That paid off as he visited Kevin. And seeing that Kevin didn't die.
I thought that rafay must have been roleblocked.
So I had a cop report done on Rafay, which confirmed that he was town.
I also have a 1-shot bulletproof ability, so that's why I said no one can touch me tonight.
Happy?
And thank you for spoiling the purpose of my remaining role. I was trying to lure any scum into targeting me in order to make them lose one more Night kill.
But that ain't happening now.

 

AbT - has yet to respond. With how slow the game has been, I don't imagine he is checking it every 5 minutes, so might not have seen this yet. Assuming Lach isn't lying, we have a scum according to investigation. Allegedly attached to a someone, so killing him would kill someone else. I just don't see Lach fake claiming without any heat on himself or anyone but MK. And to still want to lynch the target at hand? I don't believe Lach is lying.

We're close to deadline and may not get a response. It's a risk in case he is town, we lose 2 townies, but it'll happen sooner or later. He either gets lynched for being scum, or killed by mafia near the end to secure the win (2 for 1).

If i had to choose between someone I think is likely scum by his actions, or a cop finding one, I'll take a cop's investigation.  Again, the only excuse I can really fathom for AbT that makes sense is claiming he was framed.  If he comes back saying he's a Miller or Wrong Place at Wrong Time, tbh this should of been said first thing, not after someone catches you.  Hard for me to believe such a role now.  

The only thing I will say, is if there's a framer, AbT was likely a top candidate to use it on N2 by scum.  AbT was the talk of a lot of discussion on D2 with his claim of being lovers and the whole cupid debacle, so if I was scum, he certainly would be a top suspect to use a framer role on.  

 

It really comes down to do I believe scum has a framer role, and if they do, was it used on AbT that night.  I actually believe Lach, but I don't think it was wise to wait so long to reveal his findings on AbT so he could be thoroughly vetted and questioned.  Lach asking about millers/Wrong Place at Wrong Time to come forward makes a lot of sense to me, and makes me believe his claim more.  I also don't believe MK's JOAT claim, haven't since he made it and don't believe any person who has played this game for awhile now would let Rafay be mislynched without saying a word.  So either MK is also a scum, or MK is pulling a Rafay, or there's two Joats (doubt it).  I am going with scum, but still take a confirmed over a more then likely.

Oh really? You're not that newbie as you're making it seem to everybody. If you had doubts about my claim, you could have poked at me. Instead you went full on role claiming, without giving me the chance to fully claim. Yes I didnt reveal the info last day because I wanted to use my doctor power with what happened that day.

You're also in the line of suspicion for counter claiming out of nowhere. Since you claimed cop it is wise to share the info.

atliis you should probably tell us all of your investigation results because since you are cop, and scum now knows you are the cop, it will not hurt for you to publish who you investigated.  this will give us a list of confirmed townies, which could make the game easier for town to win

I had at least some reasons to not claim day before as I wanted to make use of my doctor shot. And I was giving ample time for AbT to claim miller. What excuse do you have?

Thank you, that does help.  We now can knock off 2 people off our suspect list with that, and you claiming cop is 3.  You're likely to be taken out tonight with doctor gone, so verifying two people is a big deal.  Luckily it was 2 people that are still around and not dead too.

i think ABT is the right choice for a lynch today.  We lynch ABT, and if he flips town, if we have a vigi or something, they should shoot and kill lach, thus limiting the amount of town we lose before we actually get to lach

 

i still am finding a lot of red flags with lachiton's story and I think he could very well be lying.  either lachiton or abt should be the lynch today.  it still bothers me that lachiton waited so long to tell us he found ABT as guilty and then threw it in right at the end of d4 right when we were heading for a lynch.  all this has done is cause the current course to completely change and added even more confusion into the game.  what bothers me the most is how lach waited to give us all his info, saying he wanted to wait until after ABT posts, and waited a couple hours, then right after the cop makes his counter claim, lach decides okay now ill tell all, and just so you know its not a counter claim.  

 

i am going to hold off on voting for now though until closer to the deadline.  i really want to see what ABT says.

Nothing convenient for me. I waited because MK claimed JOAT which made my suspicions of him stronger, thats why I felt he should be the lynch for today. I planned on revealing in the middle of the day but I lost track of the deadline, thats why it was unintentionally late. 

Brewers, its very hypocritical of you to accuse me of not fully claiming when I presented a info, when you did exactly the same in case of Rafay.
