This is a very difficult game for town to win as voting is useless and hence no pressure on scum. That being said, Kevin did a good job though he had help from the stock prices lol.

That's because we aren't voting. We should be forming wagons and trying to analyze things. Instead we are all in the dark

On mafia scum.net the town won the games because they voted and formed wagons. We should do that if we want any chance at winning.

I’m all for that. How do other players feel, especially Velocity? Would you be willing to shoot whomever the town votes for?

the town had a 75% win rate doing it that way, so I think its probably our best option, so its not all random and there is actual reasoning for things!

i dont see any reason not to.  i mean its either random guessing which makes the game pointless,boring and probably a L, or at least give us a way to try to actually win.  if we just do everything random, then medved might as well just used an RNG at the start of the game to declare a winner

there we go.  Now we got a wagon forming, so if SBG does get shot and flips town, we can potentially find scum on his wagon! and if he is scum, he could fuck up and give a terrible defense!

I am always a proponent of everyone talking and actively contributing. With no town power roles or night actions we literally have nothing else to analyze than people posting and voting, even if the gunbearer has the final say. Personally, I think that the gunbearer should align their shot with how the town votes rather than being a loose cannon gun though. That way the game is in the hands of the entire town and not any one person. I agree with the strategy. It will only work though if we have everyone contributing though.

 

@SBG - If you are town, you need to contribute. You will receive my vote as well if you don't.

I would like to see what people’s urgent impressions are. I am neutral on everyone except as listed below:

Town for sure -
Velocity for obvious reasons
Sister Midnight because I’m town

Probably town -
Lach because CM seems to have accidentally confirmed him.

Leaning town -
Brewsky because of his push for votes and band wagons

Leaning scum -
SBG because he’s not participating and I know he’s been online. Also, he’s always scum.

My thoughts? I dont know if SM is seriously pushing this hard for my lynch based on "I'm always scum" or if she's joking. I definitely need to read back to see what's going on but the only one alive I know is town is Velocity. Lachiton ks highly likely from his post about the roles (was that lachiton?)

What stands out to me recently is the tunnel vision on SM and what seems to be a quick wagon forming on me. Why would a scum have just a quick wagon unless some people were jumping on? Maybe because I'm not posting I seem like an easy target. My biggest FoS is DarkFox and TW who seeming 1) jump in to follow and 2) state a soft "if you dont post you got my vote

Voting doesnt kill here. It doesnt change whether you vote or FoS. Feels like testing the waters.
