Now you know why I said they must prove they didn't rig the election. It's not a legal issue... it's hearts and minds. They have to understand why Trump lost the election, when all the facts do not make any sense. I knew something like this was going to happen. Now a 16 year old girl is shot dead in the people's house... she wasn't even old enough to vote.

It's far from over, but it's over for Trump. We won't nominate him again, but state elections will be getting an overhaul.

For the record, I was not there. I'm glad I wasn't. I'm too old to get that angry over politics.

Edit: Reports of her as 16 years old are wrong... she was a 14 year military Vet. Does not make it any better.

All lawsuits filed have been immediately dismissed for lack of standing. No evidentiary hearings ever happened. So, saying there is no "evidence" is a lie. The evidence has never been heard in any court of law. The issue most disturbing doesn't have anything to do with illegal voting itself... the most disturbing issue is Governors and Secretaries of State, on their own accord, creating all new ways to hold their elections when they have no Constitutional power to do so. This power is in the hands of the State Legislatures.

In reality, their entire elections were illegal. In my opinion, overturning this election would cause more harm than good, but after what happened yesterday... none of it matters now. Trump called a rally, and some bad people came to destroy it. It's his fault it happened, and the political career of Donald Trump is over. He overreached and has lost way too much of his support.

All the same-state lawsuits got hearings and most were thrown out at the same day due to having NOTHING substantive (lets ignore all the "feelings"-affidits). Also remember that you have to file your evidence BEFORE the actual hearing!

It's an issue I wrote about on these pages months ago, long before the election. Those double votes were counted, and never removed. That is just one of the illegal voting issues that occurred here. I'm not calling for the election to be overturned. I don't like riots... but elections going forward have to change.

So the individual state officials broke their own State Constitutions to change their election procedure, and used Covid-19 as the reason. They do not... under any circumstances... have the Constitutional power to alter their election procedures. This power is solely the charge of the State Legislature, and consent of the people... which means we have to vote on it. Understand now?

Election Day!

My wife and I grab our 93 year old Air Force Veteran and go off to vote.

We get there and find a line of about 300 people waiting.

We get in line and a very helpful poll worker escorts us to the front because we are with an elderly gentleman. How nice.

 

I come up to the desk and there is a girl there named Kim. Now she looks like she just left a liberal arts class.

I said "Hello Kim... I'm Blah Blah" and I showed her my ID.

 

She wouldn't look at my ID and immediately demanded that I surrender the mail-in ballot she claims was sent to me.

I said "Well Kim... did I ask you to send me a ballot?"... She said  "No"... I then said "If I didn't ask you to send me a ballot, what makes you think I would bring it in here and give it to you?"... She said "We're supposed to ask for it"

 

I then said "You're supposed to ask for it so you can hand it back there to Reggie so he can fill it out, am I right?"... she said "Never mind, sign the glass"... I said "My Nevada State Driver License isn't good enough?"... She said "It's not required, sign the glass"... I pick up a stick and literally scribble on it... "Is that good for you?"... She said "Perfect" and gave me my ballot.

 

Was your experience as enlightening as mine? Yes my friend... massive voter fraud.

States don't have their election laws in their State Constitution, unless you call their entire lawbook an constitution...

 

But what they do have in their States Cnstitution is the set of rules and powers each member and post of their political adinistration has, which either (or both) the governers/SoS's or the states legislation used to change or adjust their election laws (even without Covid related adjustments). Heck most of these "alterations" happened months to years prior to even Covid being a thing, let alone them being done by back-designated RINO's.

Nevada has never had an election by mail. The Governor of Nevada cannot, on his own volition, authorize the mailing of a ballot out to every breathing Nevada resident. He did not have that power, and Covid doesn't grant him that power. It was an illegal election.

This is where we disagree. While I agree we should be able to share our thoughts, we shouldn't be trapped in thoughts that have been proven false. The people up top who claimed voter fraud have been proven false constantly. Those same people who claimed there was fraud (Trump and the other dumbasses who parrot him) have a history of being dishonest. If there is no proof then why should anyone think there is fraud? 

 

Also Trump said coming up to the 2016 election that there was mass voter fraud and he was going to lose because of it. Then suddenly he didn't care about fraud until the election? What a coincidence.

Nevada has never had an election by mail. The Governor of Nevada cannot, on his own volition, authorize the mailing of a ballot out to every breathing Nevada resident. He did not have that power, and Covid doesn't grant him that power. It was an illegal election. 

 

 

The Nevada state government passed a bill to allow voting by mail, so it was and is completely legal. Also mail in ballots have been a thing if you count absentee voting.

Alot of the changes were enacted end may, start june of 2019 for changes to the election in Nevada. Meanwhile the general "send mail to all" deal was done in end july, start august of 2020 in direct responce to Covid pandemic and likely outbreaks that could threathen voters. Both were "Constitutional Majority" as such stated on the 2 linked pages enacted by the Nevada Legislature!

 

What did happen is that your governor enacted the provisions slated in link #2 by declaring an emergency (see myth #7) and as such mailing a ballot to all registered voters in the state (aka nobody got it if they weren't registered).

 

Also mail voting isn't bad or people would have cried about it for several decades now, what just happened in many states was lessening the hurdles to receive such a ballot in the mail while keeping verification and other rules as stringent as before!

 

Basically you are just echoing the 1 party that seems to lose elections when more people get to vote, quelle démocratie.

I literally said they passed a bill to send everyone the absentee ballots. I have seen no proof of permanent residents of other states voting in the Nevada election and I looked. The closed to your claim is military and they deserve the right to vote in their home state.
