Heck, how much voting population was even alive when a Kennedy was in the power, let alone of voting age. You'd have more luck trotting up a Clinton named individual to split the Dem vote.

 

To bunch me in with "only Trump or bust" is all but openly stating my point about most people is correct. With no reason or consideration the simple fact I don't side with you has made you automatically decide that I am your vision of a Republican.

 

There are more than just MAGA-aligned Republicans in this world. I align with Republicans solely on the principle that less government is better. Rampant bureaucracy has led to nothing but the problems we face today. At some point it should be clear more government involvement is far from the solution. Is absence or less better? Perhaps, perhaps not. I'm not claiming to be some all-knowing being like most politicians today.

 

In my world, there is a difference between "supporting" and "tolerating." I tolerate the modern Republican party because their policy best aligns with my status in life. However, I will not say that I wholeheartedly support it. There are many things that I don't agree with the party line on, but the likelihood of a candidate aligning with my thoughts are astronomically low in the current US political system. Neither party would actually allow a candidate that supports collaboration to win their nomination... It would implode their precious establishment.

oo but I agree with that your 2-party system is seriously broken. Just noting that 1 side has a more distinct and singular "leader" while the other has a more mish-mash. Sadly you would hardly notice, you'd be surprised how bright it still is when over 90% of the Sun has been shaded. Also is quite early for your part of the world.

 

Now the actual full eclipse is definatly a must see and will "enlighten" you about what 100% occulation does

Speaking from experience, I implore you to seek a nice vantage point in which you can see the shadow come towards you over the land, its breathtaking!

The idiot Globalist known as Joe Biden, and the moronic Communist known as Alejandro Mayorkas, are waiving and ignoring over two dozen Federal laws to immediately build 20 miles of border wall in Texas... the same laws that were used to prevent Donald Trump from building the wall on the southern border. Joe Biden ran on shutting down the Trump wall, and "not building a single foot of border wall" back in 2020.

 

I guess these people never think things through, but it's way too late. Trump was right again.

This is when someone who has become nothing more than a drone to their political ideology blindly parrots that side's characterization of the opposite party and acts like it is a representation of everyone in that party.

 

Might I suggest actually looking for Lys's viewpoint on that subject before baselessly assuming it on nothing more than his political leanings? As far as I'm aware that's a subject I don't think I've ever heard him even begin to discuss... You'd be shocked how many people, unlike you it seems, have the capacity to formulate their own personal agenda of what is and is not important.

When I saw this creep across the various news outlets I was probably lucky I wasn't eating or drinking anything at the time. It was absolutely hilarious!

 

Now of course they're claiming that the only reason is they are "forced" to use the rest of the money that Trump had allocated for the wall project... It's disappointing that on either part of the fence reaching across and collaborating is the new form of "treason."
