i've had some time to consider the possible outcomes.

1.) we dont lynch kevinH and he turns out to be a power role, he helps us.

2.) we dont lynch KevinH and he turns out to be scum, and if the doc decides to help him the doc will end up dead and we'll be down 3 people before the 2nd day even starts.(lynch, doc, and the mafia target)

3.) we lynch him and he's a power role. doesnt cripple the town but does hurt none the less.

with that in mind

There is a Strong Doc right? Weak Docs like in mole's game dies when they protect scum, but do Strong Docs die as well?

Anyway, I'm leaning towards voting KevinH now since you state those possible outcomes. But I want to wait for KevinH to post again and defend himself one last time. I'm thinking he should role claim already since I don't get why he hinted, and explicitly at that (not the poems but his post at page 7), he was a power role and yet he doesn't want to tell us everything anyway. I don't agree with him when he says to mole that only scum would force a townie to role claim, since it was Kevin himself who de facto roleclaimed.

But yeah. I need more information from KevinH to weigh the costs-benefits.

Also, can we prod Carl Vincent?

Ok I just thought about this but if the Doc dies during the night, would we know that the Doc died from protecting a scum or not? Because if yes, then at least even if 3 people die that before D2, we would know that KevinH is indeed scum and then proceed to quickly lynch him, and then use the discussion today to see who was defending KevinH or not voting for him.

Oh I also see that you say that 3 people will die before D2 but if we don't lynch KevinH, it doesn't necessarily mean we will lynch somebody else (unless there's a good case against somebody else). So we might only lose 2 people before D2, and lose only 1 if the Doc protected KevinH and didn't die.

There is no such thing as a 'Strong Doc' - just a normal Doc, who will NOT die if he protects scum.

I like the subtleties of the game. I like the uncertainties of the game. I only know what my role PM says and I don't know if the other role PM's match it. For all I know, the scum might have a better understanding of my hints than a regular townie.

To those that think I am probably townie but still want to lynch me, I ask you what the next step will be. When I am revealed as a dead townie, will you suspect those that voted for me? Do you suspect them now?

I don't know what's up with the irrationality going on here with people wanting to lynch anyone for the sake of lynching. But I'm thinking the stacks are against you.

Not everyone is asked to role claim because not everyone hinted they have a power role. You did. Through poems or whatnot, and then through a verbalization that those poems hinted at something. So you de facto role claimed.

So in essence, you brought it up against yourself. If we extend to the logical conclusion your implicit confession, why is it unfair to ask for an explicit one? You hinted you had a power role when your is on the line. Why can't you specifically say what that is? So we can verify or validate it later in context?

well, if in the hours before the day ends you will still be in the position in which you will be lynched and you won't role claim (if you indeed have a role), it would be just a waist of time. my 2 cents. hell, my 1k bucks

1. No you're not dead yet so you still have time to convince others to unvote.

2. I didn't get that either.

3. It does if the townies can prevent you being lynched and switch to a scum target.

4. If you lived past D1...they would proabably target you as you hinted at having a power role. What more information could they gain?

Sorry KevinH...you're not making it any easier for us townies to believe in you. But if you do die...then obviously I would suspect at least 2 mafia that have placed votes on you.
