It is odd cuz we've (in the past) made similar pleas and he seldom changes his No Lynch stance.

While I, obviously, play mafia to enjoy myself, I also play to win. Changing your opinion/actions competely each time someone disagrees with you is not getting us anywhere.

Am I convinced that you are scum? No, but your line of play simply did not feel right. I was actually debating putting a second vote on theophilos to see what you would do. But then you already unvoted after a little pressure from CD.

By the way, everyone needs to cut KevinH some slack. Nothing he is doing is scummy, it seems more like evolution of gameplay to me. No need to penalize that by voting for the same person regardless of what he does.

8-b. If there are 2 players with the same amount of at least half-majority votes at deadline, then I will lynch the one who reached that number of votes first.

I'm the first to half-majority so things aren't looking good for the home team. I appreciate the support from my friends...

Is the town better off if we don't lynch a townie? Yes.
Is there information to be gained from someone's voting patterns? Yes.

So while I still believe it is better to go into the night with one more townie, I have decided that it doesn't hurt anything to vote and let those who think it means something do their analysis.

A vote of No Lynch is only more useful if a majority want the day to end immediately without a lynch.

If the four players voting for me think the town will be better off if I am lynched, so be it. But when I am revealed townie, I hope the remaining players will consider the very weak excuses used to place the votes on me and think that maybe scum just might use very weak excuses to lynch a townie.

Alright well in a few hours I will be leaving for my camping trip. I will be gone from the 14th(today) until the 21st(next Friday). The game will remain in Day 1 until I get back etc. Use the possibly extra time wisely and see you in a week.

Don't Days last two weeks? We started on Aug. 13 so we should still have 6 more days. I think Narsis' post was referring to if there was a 7 vote-to-lynch thus it should be Night.

The problem with your change in style KevinH is that it is perceived as a form of appeasement to the anti No Lynch crowd, which could be a scum tell in that you want to be perceived as doing what the town wants.

But on the other hand, it would be quite obvious for you to do such thing. I'm wondering if it's a slip up or an honest strategy.
