No one was expecting a Fallout game this soon. If it ends up being multiplayer trash its no worries to me because Elderscrolls 6 should be coming out soon and then the following Fallout shortly after that. If they want to make a side game with the Fallout brand on it to milk that sweet multiplayer money to help fund single player RPGs I am not going to cry about it.

There have yet to be reasonably good choices, sans possibly AbT yesterday. I understand the desire to grasp at straws because this game quickly fell into shit, but let's maybe give people a chance to speak today before we throw completely random lynches. Rafay and MK appeared extremely guilty. You continued inaction is incredibly suspicious and far from grasping straws. The reason why lynching you would be a hail Mary is because others have been accused as scum. With that said our election process is fundamentally broken and we need to fix it, I cant remember the exact percentage but you only need like 5% of the population to win enough electoral votes to win an election. Go right ahead and see how well that turns out for you Dunno how they got the information for that map but its wrong. Oregon and Washington are extremely democrat, and independent. You can look at election history if you don't believe me. There is only a few areas in the state of Oregon that have had republicans elected regularly and it has a tiny population there. I would also like to point out all the southern counties in Oregon have less of a combined population than just Multnomah County. So comparing it by landmass is silly, it should be based off of population, unless of course dirt started voting.

Man I am a bit overwhelmed here with whats going on. At this point I have no idea whats going on. So for the time being until I can sit down and sift through all the events I am going to keep my vote on MK.

Oregon. It has a bit of a unique housing market because of people leaving California and moving here, over sees investors and few large cities. There is a lot of potential for growth it just hasn't been happening quick enough to keep up with the demand.

At least you can move two cities down and get that price. I cant find anything within 70 miles from me, unless I want an HoA that is 300 and provides nothing.

Cheapest apartment near me where my car wont be broken into is 1250. It would be a 2 bedroom but wouldnt be comfortable to have a roommate. minimum wage in my area is 10.25 so even working full time it would be hard to live alone so I can see someone not wanting to move out because of the economy. I make way over minimum and I cant even borrow enough money for a move in ready house in my state, it is ridiculous. With that said if you parents want you to get out find a way to get out, don't impose on them like that.

The only time I ever think about Venezuela is when I hear about something horrible, or recently the sham election. Hugo Chavez turned Venezuela Socialist, and Maduro took over when he died.
