TEXAS JUSTICE II

During the night, you hear a shot echoing from the town hall. Each townsperson alerts the other, and slowly a small crowd of people, each carrying a rifle, run to the hall. Slowly, carefully, you search the hall. Entering the Mayor's office, you see Mole Stargazer shot dead, his blood leaking all over his desk. Clutched in his hand is a note, written in a hurried scrawl.

 

"People!

The town is not safe! The mafia are about to kill me, I've not given them money.

Find them! Shoot them! Hur

 

The note trails off into a scribble, adorned with blood. Looking around with a shudder, you realise there are Mafia amongst you. The doors are slammed shut, and the rifles are readied - but you're willing to try discussion first.

If 2 of our 5 bullets belong to scum, then all they need is to have any townie killed by any townie bullet. The 2 scum bullets then kill the remaining 2 townie bullets and the scum wins with a 2-2 tie.

 

So if any of you townies with bullets are considering believing Falzis and Sir Jesus and going rogue like they did, consider that a wrong shot loses the game.

 

 

actually Kevin...it's worse then that. if both scum have their bullets they could win it right now if they were smart...

@Vgm - yeah it's funny how Falzis and SJ are backing each other up especially since they went off the plan and have no bullets left. I'm pretty sure 1 of the 2 is scum...with Falzis leading the way.

I don't think curufinwe and narsis are scum since if they were, they would have wagoned onto any of the vote. Neither is one of them a scum, since they would have wagoned onto vgm being the shooter.

 

Midgame is where scum will be playing their cards looser. Not too suspicious. I'm really thinking CD and KevinH are scum. Or one of them.

 

And Sir Jesus. I now think SJ is scum. His scum buddy is letting him avoid being shot by killing me first! Either CD or Kevin. Once I'm killed, townies will have to kill the shooter, so SJ will still be saved.

@Falzis - They don't have to shoot the shootie. They could still shoot SJ instead. They have 2 choices.

Excluding SJ and me, there is a stalemate. 2 for CD, 2 for vgm, 1 for Kevin.

 

Including SJ and me, it's 3 for CD, 2 for vgm, and 1 for Kevin (SJ hasn't said who he wants the shooter to be).

 

SO GO AHEAD CD and shoot me. If you're not scum, you would. Since you think I'm scum, go ahead buddy! You shouldn't have any hesitations, even if you exclude me from the voting.

 

The ball is in your court. Time to reveal your true colors now (assuming you don't want to shoot me), if not then later (when you are shot yourself).

Just got an idea. Seeing how CD / myself are both tied at 2, we could split the kill. Meaning, I could go Falzis, he could go for SJ (or vice versa).

Not really.

I've posted that I've been getting that 403 error problem...hence the non-posting at times.

It's frustrating trying to post and then not having it go through.

 

I believe KevinH said not to take you and SJ votes into consideration.

If the town agrees to allow it then your vote would stand.

If the majority wants me to shoot...then I will.

I'm not rushing into shooting you since that train of thought got us into this mess in the first place.

Sorry, didn't realize he was the monarch of this town with power of decision. Ohh wait... Maybe we SHOULD listen to your scum-buddy without question. While I find it unfortunate that falzis thinks I am scum, I tend to agree with him about CD.

Because Canucks has been switching and going and playing on the fence. One minute he says I'm scum and he's sure and he wants townie to kill me then he doesn't want to shoot me when he's voted to. He says he's willing but then he says more discussion.

 

Just shoot me Canucks then vgm can shoot SJ. WHAT MORE DISCUSSION DO YOU NEED? The two of you have been voted as shooters. You're just afraid to lose your bullet.

I agree that we might want to discuss something that might come up. At this point, though, Sir Jesus has to be considered more scummy than either Vgmmaster or CanucksDynasty.

 

The reason not to listen to Falzis and Sir Jesus is that most likely one of them is scum. Of course, they are in a Wine In Front Of Me situation so they may or may not give us the best or worst choice for a shooter.

 

So here's a summary of the proposed plan

1. CanucksDynasty shoots Falzis.
   
2. We discuss if appropriate.
   
3. Vgmmaster shoots Sir Jesus.
   
4. We discuss what to do with the remaining 3 bullets.

I agree we should listen to them and consider everything they say. If one of them ends up townie, then we will know they weren't intentionally misleading us.

 

My point was that I didn't want to follow a 4/7 majority if 2 of the 4 votes were from the most likely scum.

Discussion is never a bad thing...it actually serves the town better.

Rash actions only serve the scum.

 

Is the town in agreement with KevinH summary plan?

It's one of the suggested solution to the deadlock that we have right now.

If so...then I'll shoot Falzis first and we can go from there.

 

The other was vgm's suggestion of her and I...both shooting at the same time.

If this is the plan...then vgm and I should be shooting one right after the other.

 

Also...what about counting Falzis and SJ votes?

 

I would have to agree with KevinH with this one.

One of them could be trying to place votes on a townie to avoid having his scum buddy lose a bullet.

I don't mind them giving us discussion, but I don't like the idea of them voting seeing as they are right now the two biggest suspects out there. So yeah, I'm against it.

 

As far as my suggestion, I wasn't suggesting at the same time (although I have no problem with that). I was saying we could split the kill like this. Instead of having just one of us shoot either Falzis or SJ, then voting again to shoot the survivor of that and the most recent shootee, we could both shoot Falzis / SJ instead. As, I would think we all agree, they are indeed the scummiest at this point in time.
