I think we should just report the next day who we visited.

 

Player A visits Player B

Scum does nothing or gets jailed

Player B is rekt

 

Player A visits Player B (mafia)

player C visits Player D

Scum kills player C

If Player A is jailed, Player D is rekt

else, we have 2 choices on who is scum

 

If two or more players have announced to visit a mafia player which means at most 2 deaths,

scum will kill the players who haven't targeted him to maximize the deaths to 3.

Just to add that the only sure knowledge we could gain is by visiting a non-scum player unless we're unlucky and we got jailed because we're like weak cops.

Would CS be able to tell if EM visited someone?

I would rather not tell who i would visit in the night. That gives too much info to the scum to manipulate results with as Kazio pointed out. I would rather have us discuss our visits the next day. That way we will actually know who is not scum (townies who visited other townies but did not get killed) and narrow it down to those who were not visited or who he know non of the left alive visited as the short0list of scum suspects.

Ok that didnt make sense.   What i meant to say is that on Day 2, we can shortlist the scum suspects as those that did not die and no one reported as visiting them and we can confirm townie as those who were visited by more than 1 guy and none died.

 

BY the way, in this game everyone has a role that can gain some info at night, and there is possibility of 3 death at night so for this game no lynch on day 1 is the best strategy ( i think kevin specifically came up with this set up where not lynching is better on D1 than lynching someone. we simply cant afford to lynch randomly when even normal townies can have a vital role in giving us useful info on D2.

BTW. My laptop is down. So voting for anything going to problematic till I fix it. I think it's probably done though. Hard disk failure sounds like I should move on. Though my wallet says you can't afford a car let alone build that PC you want.
