There's a really good chance the Republicans have an all Cuban ticket. Either way you flip Cruz and Rubio, it's a winning team. Also Ted Cruz is only 5 months older than Marco, so they are both 44 years old. I wonder if that's ever happened?

Yes he did... Ted Cruz is a champion at debate, and anyone who knows him from his years at Princeton and Harvard are scared to death of him on a debate stage. Obama will never debate Cruz because he knows Cruz will destroy him and make him look like a bumbling fool. So Teddy takes the opportunity to show he's a coward and he has something to hide.
Hahaha. You on drugs man? I hope they are prescription ones. Cruz may be good at debates but I haven't seen anything from him in the debates that matter. He gets creamed by Trump and Carson. Being good at something in college doesn't make you good at it on a grand stage. I am a great orator too but does that mean I'll take on Trump. Hell no sir.

Hi Rafay... Trump has his support and it's not going anywhere. The thing you have to look at is, what happens when Bush, Carson, Christie, Paul, Fiorina, Kasich, and Huckabee lose their support? Where will it go? My guess is it will not go to Trump... it will all go to Rubio and Cruz. I don't believe Carson has the chops to maintain in this race. I feel most his support is coming from an anti-Trump coalition. We shall see.

Marco Rubio seems confident and bold, he gets himself noticed. But Cruz has been barely noticeable and will the Republican get behind 2 Hispanic guys if we're talking about a Cruz/Rubio ticket?
I think Cruz lost his steam after his bold performance against Obamacare. He hasn't got the wow factor any more. Maybe even the tea party can't get behind him as most Republicans want an anti-establishment person; which are Trump, Fiorina and Carson.

Hi Rafay... Ted Cruz is a Republican hero. He's the perfect example of someone that was elected to office, knows exactly why he was elected to office, and has done what he promised to do in office. He has made enemies on both sides of the aisle by keeping his promises to those that elected him. He's as anti-establishment as you can get, and oh yes, we would support him.
Once again, you go with the false assumption that Republicans are racists. We won't support Cruz and Rubio because they are Hispanic? Are you serious? Open your brain up, just one time and hear me... We hate Barack Obama because of what he does with his office, his policies that he has forced on us, and his vastly unpopular positions on just about everything... not because of the color of his skin. Democrats will do anything, or lie about everything, to stay in power. Honesty, honor, and integrity are not important to them. This is why they are getting massacred across the country at every level of elected office.

2 positives:
If Trump win nomination, Cruz may have VP ticket?
If Trump drops out, Cruz gets all the crazy base and the others.
IMO Obama should not debate Cruz, instead, he needs to start attacking Trump and loose the troll fight. Democrats should do everything in their power to ensure Trump nomination.

This actually reminds me. Did Trump actually say that he'll close all Mosques and force Muslims to wear special badges for ID and create a Muslim database?
Last time some1 tried that, the world went up in flames and 60 million ppl died....

I think he said where radicalism is being preached, in which case, it would be better and more effective to arrest the preacher.

I would go further than tracking. I would have congress pass articles designating Islam to be recognized as a form of government. This takes away the Constitutional freedom of religion they exploit... and use against us, and Mosques immediately become unsanctioned and illegal embassies. That would take care of that. Call it a separation of church and state, that'll work.

You think appeasing them and giving in to their demands will assuage their desire to kill? You believe the planet will end if the temperature goes up one degree... and these dudes will stop killing if we just quit calling them radical Islam? Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it. We have to pull together and end this threat, or it will continue on a much bigger scale.
Not that it matters. The republicans are playing to every neoconservative stereotype right now. Be prepared for President Clinton.
I'm elated to say... you will not be taking part in that decision.

Well unless you guys rig a few states like in '00 Florida then you're up for a well deserved beating at the hands of the liberals you despise.
And are you even listening to yourself? Do you know what kind of backlash this will create for Christians and the USA itself? There'll be more hate directed towards the US and the Christian minorities.

Buddy, do you even know what you are talking about? The election results in Florida in the 2000 election was so close that when one news channel jumped the gun and called the state for Gore it caused outrage when they had to reverse their call. A recount began, but the Gore side wanted to cherry pick specific Democrat heavy districts to recount, and not recount the whole state. The Bush side demanded the entire state to be recounted. This went to the Supreme Court and they determined that if a recount was to take place, the entire state had to be recounted. By Florida Constitution, the election results had to be certified by a specific date. Gore wasted all his time fighting for recounting a few districts that would favor him. That's what happened.

Really? Then why did Bush won his 2nd term w/ such a small difference too? The thing is that the Bush Presidency was forced upon the US ppl to crush liberalism.
Patriot Act, NSA, Iraq, Afghan war, Recession of '07. Are all those liberal accomplishments?
The world is moving to the left and shunning hate and intolerance. Join the bandwagon buddy or you'll be deserted.

I'd love to feel so optimistic, but I would say exactly the opposite is happening.

Oh Rafay... your hate and intolerance is showing.
Bush won a second term because he was awarded enough Electoral College votes. That is how anyone becomes President of the United States. Barack Obama was not forced on the American people. He was elected twice. He has forced his policies on the American people.
It was the "Recession of '08"... and it's still here. Since Obama was elected President seven years ago, the Federal Reserve has locked the interest rate on currency to zero. That pretty much means money is free to the banks. They have printed money at an astronomical rate, created 10 trillion dollars of new debt, and fabricated an artificial illusion of recovery. The only benefit to this is an over-valued Stock Market. All other investments are worthless.
This recession was caused by decades of loaning cash to anyone who wanted to buy a house, regardless of them proving they can repay the loan. This was the "Community Reinvestment Act" of 1977, under Jimmy Carter, a Democrat. This caused massive over-value of Real Estate. When these borrowers all over the country defaulted on their over-valued property loans, which was inevitable, the investment bankers holding all these mortgages, went belly up. This was not George W. Bush's fault.
When the towers fell on 9-11... the country demanded war. We should have taken out Iran after Iraq. The mistake was pulling out after we had made the decision to stay. Now we have, what we have now... that was Obama.
The NSA is the National Security Agency. That was created in 1952 by Harry Truman, a Democrat. It's job is to keep the country safe. All things taken in perspective... they have done a fair job. It's the TSA that is really a big government, bloated, nothing, and that was George W. Bush.
I don't know who will win the election. After Obama's first term, I didn't believe he would be elected to a second term, but he did. I will never underestimate the "stupidity of the American voter"... that was Jonathan Gruber's words on how they got Obamacare passed... but I do hold out hope that whatever we get wrong going forward, we will correct it. Sometimes it takes time.

It's because it was either him, or getting stuck with a Romney. Quite frankly, I'm not really finding anyone on any side to be 100% worth my time, or my vote, but I know I have to vote. I wasn't even 100% fond of Obama, but honestly, people are constantly blaming everyone for everything, and it's quite annoying. Debates aren't debates anymore. They're just events to sling mud at each other.
As for the whole Florida thing? Yeah, I recall that. I still remember the 'hanging' and 'dimpled' chads debacle, and the absentee ballots from military families, and that whole line of crap.
