The following modifiers may also exist in this game:

Ascetic, Backup (with or without primary role present), Bulletproof, Enabler (with or without primary role present), Even/Odd Night, Macho, Neighbor, Non-Consecutive Night, Weak, X-Shot

 

Assigned character names are various alliances from Cybernations. Ignore all current Cybernations foreign relations. The current treaty web has no bearing on the assigned characters. Alliances were randomly assigned as "good" or "bad" roles so one's personal opinion of an alliance will not necessarily translate to this game.

Rules:

• During the Day phase each player may speak and vote in-thread.
• If a player receives the majority of the available votes during the Day, they are lynched.
• At deadline, a player with half-majority will be lynched.
• You may vote No Lynch.
• After the Day, the game goes to Night.
• The game thread is closed during the Night. The Mafia may speak to each other at Night.
• All Active Roles may submit actions via PM at Night.
• The Mafia can, as a faction, kill one player at Night.
• After the Night, the game goes to Day.
• All dead players (lynched or killed) can no longer participate in the game.
• Basic rules for maintaining the integrity of the game thread are in effect (i.e. players may not quote their Role PMs, nor may they discuss the game outside the game thread unless otherwise permitted, etc.)
• The game is won when only one faction remains in the game.
• Mass role-claiming is not allowed, but you may reveal your role if you have something interesting to share.
• You may pm me questions or ask them in the game thread, but you may not get an answer to some things.
• When voting, please enter your vote on a separate line of your post so that it isn't easily missed.

Game Days will last seven days.
Game Nights will last 48 hours.

With all respects to Samus, Samus is pretty much a noob in this game. He has played only 1 game with me and in that game he got killed on N2. I think before that he played only 1 game ( i didint play that one but I guess he played well there). But he is not like some Mafia GOD that Shah is trying to claim in that he can know I am scum just by looking at some of my random posts on D1. 

 

If it was Kevin, Lyner or Kaz who made that claim it will at least be more credible. They have played plenty of games with me and know how I play normally. But just trying to get me lynched Based on Samus' clueless accusation just reeks of desperation.

ps: I know ABT is disliking this I would like to amend my earlier statement. It seems like Samus had played 2 games with me. The other one being IRON City mafia when he was actually the scum. But that was played over a year ago so I didnt remember.

This is true. The only reason past game actions is coming up is because Shah is trying to build a lynch wagon on what Samus said on D1, which was basically he thinks I am scum because apparently I played the same way in the last game where I was scum. Shah is grasping at straws to get a lynch wagon on me and hence his posts look desperate.

I can see why players would use people's habits from previous games and try and apply them to a current game, but in all honesty, that is the dumbest and laziest argument one can make. Every game is completely unique as well as is the way that each player probably chooses to play each game. Play styles can change or stay the same regardless of game, theme, or faction.

 

So far the only person who looks like a confirmed townie is Abt.Shah has been behaving rather oddly by jumping his gun on both Imran and Abt.But I m still not convinced that he is scum either,he just seems to be trigger happy atm.I m gonna hold my vote for now and see how things unfold.

I really am not enjoying Mafia and I decided to finish Teen Titans and let someone who actually enjoys the game play in my place.  No offense to anyone, it just isn't my cup of tea and it seems unfair to keep a game lover from playing.  ( @ )( @ )

Regarding play style, it varies on outside circumstances, too.  If I happen to have time, sometimes I'll go count all the posts to prove inactivity.  If I don't have time, I don't do it.  That action is not dependent on whether I'm scum or not.

Avater is the most suspicious to me at this time. He's new ok, but he's lurking and the few posts he's made he made himself suspicious...

You people are coming one by one to take a hit at Imran. I'm got worried that I've missed something so I went again, from the beginning.

 

Finster you're repeating Avater's, Rhizo's and Shah's argument about D1 lynching. Why is D1 having so much importance to you?

 

Still you're right about talking about previous mafia games. Here's the list of post I've found:

#137 - Samus - mentioning previous games

#141 - iSoc - mentioning previous games

#256 - Imran - though he's mentioning previous games it's not actually and accusation but a cheapshot (which I hated and it was the cause of my rant some posts later when subject of previous games returned).

#279 - Shah - mentioning previous games (by referring to Samus)

#286 - Imran - mentioning previous games

#287 - Shah - mentioning previous games as a retaliation to Imran's post so it can't be counted against him.

 

But that's not enough to make Imran a scum. I won't say he's townie for sure, but now that I went through the whole topic again there are some details that may suggest that.

 

Why do I think so? Because he's natural, arrogant at times...he's not restraining himself or trying to pose as someone he's not. Maybe he's a good actor, or maybe he's just being himself because he's nothing to fear. 

- He didn't bother to go with the flow when people mass voted "no lynch" on D1.

- post #225 - a little bit of mockery and no fake sadness after Samus death.

- His general behavior and activity putting him into a spotlight.

 

Maybe Imran's a scum, maybe he's not, but at this point in my eyes he's doing town's job, because he's sparking activity. He's not latching into someone's else opinions, he's provoking discussions on his own.

 

 

 

Now moving onto other players, what I don't like is:

1. Avater's backing out of accusation. Might be a rookie scum, might be a rookie townie, but is suspicious none the less.

2. Avater, Rhizo, Shah jumping at Imran with the same arguments again and again.

3. Shah's lies (I've mentioned it already in the previous posts) and the fact he disappeared when called on them while still being active on the forums

 

more things I don't like:

4. Shah disappears, Finster appears and he's not concerned with other issues here. He's gunning straight at Imran with the same arguments as the rest.

5. I wouldn't notice that and give it no weight, but now post #226 by Finster looks like he's trying to much to look sad.

6. Finster and Shah tend to give a lot of meaning to D1 actions...so here you go, a cherry on top: post #55

 

It's all, how would you call it...a circumstantial evidence and I might be wrong...though I could cite Shah here, from his post #279 when he was lying about me:

 

"Those saying there isn't enough info, this is exactly the kind of quality of info available early on, sorry but no one is going to come out and blurt it out and lay it down for everyone."
