ok let's see...6 alive...two are mafia...townie dies today and tomorrow night...4 alive...2 are mafia...mafia win... so yeah it's LYLO. now one thing struck me as really odd last night. why did CD change his vote from Kevin to Nerau at the last minute? i thought initially that maybe him and Kevin were partners...yet that would seem almost too obvious. his death tonight threw that idea out the window anyway... which makes me wonder...

interesting. i was planning on going after CD a bit more today. seems he was innocent. it also seems that some thinking is in order...

actually i would argue against that point. in Theo II's case, Falzis didn't just flake on this game...he stopped playing CN. thus he couldn't have been a bored townie(well he could have been but it becomes much less likely that that was the case). as for Aquinas(who you replaced) i'm not entirely sure. he only posted once though the entire game, but it wasn't his first time playing and he hasn't flaked before so i'm more likely to see him as having a bigger reason for leaving.

technically Nerau would count as being the active scum since even though he isnt really posting, he is lurking. Falzis on the other hand is waiting to be replaced...

however if Falzis is scum and is truly inactive(which appears to be the case) then we would be better off killing the other scum since they would be unable to do a night kill(or rather wouldn't)

not really. WIFOM is sort of that kind of circular reasoning that defeats itself. like you are voting fro player X. thus you must be a townie. except you could be a scum trying to look townie by voting for player X. but that's not possible because of Y. yet again you could have been scum doing Y to throw everyone off to think you are a townie. thus you have to be scum, even though you have done absolutely nothing scummy at all this game.

i really dont think that Falzis is scum. And even if he is...he's inactive. so until he gets replaced he isn't really a threat to the town(although he's not much help either). anyway i agree with CD that scum aren't likely going to draw attention to themselves. more then likely they would have lied low during the day, staying out of the discussion. granted they could have been doing the complete opposite...however i dont think it's that likely on day 1.

I would also be interested in hearing what Windblade has to say.

however i am in no way defending AKC, and neither him me. although we may agree partially on a particular issue, agreeing and defending are two very different things. me and mafia could agree that killing an SK is a good thing. but neither will defend the other if push comes to shove(i'm assuming that the townie thinks that the mafia is mafia). however the situation with you and Windblade defending each other means one of: 1) you are both scum defending each other, 2) one is scum and the other is townie but the townie thinks the scum is townie and the scum is trying to look townie by supporting a townie, or 3) both are townie and think each other is townie. the main constant is that you and Windblade are acting as if you are both on the same side, whether you are or aren't.

as Kazoicore said it's tough to detect sarcasm/humor over a forum. also you are correct. it was Windblade who said to settle down. nonetheless...the way you worded your post makes it seem as though you think that the town was/is moving too fast. lastly, i've played mafia long enough to know that they can and will do anything. i'm not saying you and Windblade are mafia, those are your words not mine, however i do want to figure out the thought process behind what you and Windblade are doing. whether mafia or not, it's all a piece of the puzzle and we are better off solving it then not.

it's inconsistent. one post he seems very surprised that votes have come that quickly and seems to say it in a way that he wants people to settle down and stop voting. then he says that 3 votes isn't likely to come soon so no need to worry about all the quick voting. it just seems inconsistent to me. that followed by your quick and previously ambiguous defense of CD has me suspicious.
