  1. It means that's the only thing you can get from polling right now that says something. Everyone knows who Hillary Clinton is. The Republican candidates are vastly unknown at this time. Edit: Only political junkies like you and me really know everyone.
  2. Greetings Zacch. Deficit is how much is spent over budget. This creates debt. Many Democrats, such as yourself, want to say that because George W. Bush approved the 2009 budget before he left office, that it's his fault that Nancy, Harry, and Barry spent like drunken sailors. Now if you have a budget that W. approved, and Obama spends over 300% of that budget, you get a massive debt. It's Obama that spent the money. Now if Obama approves a budget at his new "over 300%" number and only spends over 150% of that number... he just cut the deficit a whopping 50%!!! You're pushing lies. When Obama took office the debt was about 10 trillion... now it's over 18 trillion and 2 years to go. You can't spin that.
  3. Choose your poll aggregation, and you'll see what the preponderance of the evidence is: RealClearPolitics Wikipedia Polling 18 months away is meaningless. The only thing substantial about it right now is Hillary is running as an unopposed Democrat and cannot get passed the 50% mark against anyone. That tells you something.
  4. Hillary supported and voted for the Iraq invasion, as did many other Democrats such as John Kerry and Joe Biden. Nobody lied to anyone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkS9y5t0tR0 Please. Run Elizabeth Warren.
  5. Far too many to list. Tell me what you like, and we'll start from there.
  6. It may be cliche', but both are true. Bill Clinton was a southern Democrat Governor... they have gone the way of the mammoth. Hillary is a damaged candidate with more baggage than she has people to carry it. Anyone else that can possibly run, would run to her left and be destroyed like McGovern or Dukakis. Hillary will run as Bill's wife and "let's make history and elect a women". She will have to put on quite a performance to mask the lying, criminal lawyer is has always been.
  7. Hillary was supposed to be crowned in 2008. She suffered humiliation when her party turned on her in favor of Obama. She has not allowed that to happen this time. She sucked all the air out of the normal process, bullied anyone else away from getting any traction, and has purchased the loyalty of all others that matter. She will walk to the Democrat nomination and step right into a buzzsaw. Hillary didn't want to announce this early. She wanted to wait until summer, and wanted to force the Benghazi hearings to be over with before she announced. Trey Gowdy knows what he's doing, and would not proceed until he gets all the evidence. Where's all the emails from the State Department? Oh boy... secret servers, deleted documents, destroyed hard drives, lies, crime, lies, crime, crime... Typical Clinton. She announced now in an attempt to stop the bleeding. She hopes people will once again look the other way. She hopes once again the rules will not apply to her... she's Bill's wife after all. The Democrats are stuck with her. No one else can put together a meaningful campaign. We so need to repair the republic. It will take honesty, sacrifice, and a lot of willpower.
  8. Marco Rubio will announce today.
  9. In our society we have to accept that bad things will always happen. This cop made more than one mistake, and his final mistake cost him everything. The man made one mistake, and it cost him his life. The man took a gamble that the white cop won't kill him if he takes off running. He was wrong. What confuses me is why he thought he could just run away from his 'Mercedes Benz' and get away. Yeah, this guy was not a poor black man. He knew there was a warrant out on him for child support. Did he have some kind of false security because of his race? Did he believe the white cop would not do anything? Disarming the Police... not an option. Disarming the public... not an option. You need to come up with something else. And I saw that Shah. That 'faux' comment just shows your intolerance to hearing the other side of issues. I expect more from you Sir.

Wow can't wait. This may be what Vince and Colin need to breathe new life into their careers. The writing on True Detective is amazing.

Oh damn... I forgot about True Detective too. McConaughey and Harrelson were absolutely brilliant.

I can't possibly list everything I have watched, it would get absurdly long. I forgot Hell on Wheels. Kinda bad because it's my current avatar lol. I tried Marco Polo but it didn't hook me. Da Vinci's Demons I've seen the whole thing so far, but I'm not much of a fan. Borgia, the one you are talking about is awesome. Once you get past the problem with accents... the Borgia family all speak with like 4 different accents... it's a brutal telling about the Vatican during an amazing time. Pillars started out strong but ended weak. I thought World Without End was better.

Rome is superior. It's a very cool storyline set during the time of Julius Caeser, you will not be disappointed. There are only 2 seasons because it was a very expensive production. Ray Stevenson owes his career to his performance as the infamous Titus Pullo in this series. Can't tell you enough to watch Game of Thrones... after the first episode, you're hooked.

Current: Game of Thrones The Walking Dead Justified Ray Donovan The Blacklist Outlander Turn Mad Men Better Call Saul Homeland The Following I have watched: Breaking Bad Spartacus Dexter Rome The Sopranos Deadwood 24 Boardwalk Empire Sons of Anarchy The Newsroom The Tudors Copper Sherlock The White Queen Game of Thrones is the best TV series ever made. It's fantasy, but they are not over the top about it. I'm a sucker for anything historical or of a past period. I thought the ending of Dexter was lame. Boardwalk's ending was perfect.
  15. Ron Paul's support came largely from colleges with thousands of zealot Libertarians that infiltrate, dominate, overtake, and attempt to control the outcome of Republican conventions and conservative gatherings. This works with straw polls, and gets some press, but does not turn into the votes needed to carry a primary, or bring the dollars in that's needed for a campaign. His tactics failed, made a lot of people angry, and he was never considered a serious candidate that could win an election. It does Rand good to avoid his father's failed path, but they still do for him what they did for his daddy. Rand is something his father was not... he's a U.S. Senator, and much more is expected from him than his Representative father. Nate Silver is pretty much the smartest Liberal I know. His buddy Harry Enten does not nearly impress me as much, and he wrote that piece. Harry tends to reach too far outside the box to come up with wild explainations for any number of predictions. He's wrong often. I'll stick with Nate when it comes to information about elections. He's not only smart... he's honest, and that's hard to find. He left the New York Times, and that should tell you something. I've been following 538 since it was built, I'm impressed Niels.
  16. My comment was sarcasm. These are all race-baiters that make tons of money from creating unions of racists, all under the religious protection of the Constitution. It's shameful. If you really want to help rid the country of racism you have to remove the profit from being a racist, and prosecute the extortion that these people inflict because they are racist.
  17. Let's not go there. Reverend Al Sharpton, Reverend Jesse Jackson, Reverend Jeremiah Wright, ect. Yes, you may be on to something.
  18. This is straight up murder. The most disturbing thing to me is if there is no video the guy gets away with it to do it again, and no telling if he has done it before. Where the mistake was made was making this guy a cop to begin with. He should not have been on any police force with a taser, a club, or even a can of mace. You do not disarm the police force... you disarm this man. I don't know what was being said, I don't know if the man is a racist, I don't know why he shot the man... but he's on his way to prison and possibly execution, and it's his fault, not all law enforcement. There are bad people in this world, and they do bad things. It's always been that way, but we hear about everything more now because of the internet, and a media with an agenda. If this didn't play out in favor of the current manufactured crisis, you would not hear about it. It's called "selective news reporting". If you want the whole story, watch Fox News, they don't participate in selective news reporting. Again, the Constitution will trump any opinions from our friends in the UK.
  19. People that followed his father love him. Libertarians love him. The Tea Party loves him. I donated to his Senate run. If he can gather enough support to compete in the Rebublican primary... yep, he will have the support of my family. I would like to see what would happen if we had a President with true Libertarian beliefs... my guess is a fresh government.
  20. Valerie Jarrett is Senior Advisor to Barack Obama, the worst President ever, (it was really hard to beat Jimmy Carter). I don't care if she was born in San Antonio, Texas and her parents owned a gun store. She is personally responsible for every wrong thing this man has done to my country, and everything he has not done to help it. It's not where she was born that upsets me... it's what she has done. Barack Obama doesn't know what moves the USA. I heard him complaining once that he "never had his megaphone moment". He's talking about when George W. was not really embraced as President until he stood on that rubble after 9/11 and did the "we hear you" speech. One instance that Obama had that would make the country love him was with Andrew Tahmooressi, an American Vet that lost his way, ended up on the Mexican side of the border, and had 3 legally owned guns in his car. He was arrested and sat in a Mexican prison for 214 days, before Greta Van Sustren and Montel Williams created enough pressure to get him released. Stupid Obama, with one phone call, could have stuck up for his soldier and got him the hell out of there. But no, didn't lift a finger.
  21. Hey Foxy, I read your piece on Libertarian Socialism and nope, Ron Paul is not that. There are a lot of "ism's" in there and many different versions, some of which make my stomach turn. You do know, nothing like that will ever occur here in the U.S. right? It's fantasy, and I hope you are only taking it as philosophy. You must be very unhappy with our government. I can see you in a couple decades as a tenured Professor at Berkeley, teaching Libertarian Socialism... locally adored, and nationally hated. I of course, could be dead or close to it by then. But I must tell you... I have had the greatest life. I should tell you about it sometime.
  22. So everyone should remain stupid and just vote for the guy that lies the best. Barack Obama was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize on the assumption that he was the man that would bring world peace. Six years later the whole world is on fire, and the USA is everyone against everyone else. So much for "we're not red states and blue states... we're the United States". This guy has been the most polarizing, hate inspiring narcissist, to ever be elected President. We need a fixer and a world leader quick... and it ain't Hillary.
  23. You showed me your hand. Those infamous words "through no fault of their own". Liberal speak giving blanket excuse, and absolving responsibility for anything that happens to come up. Where Jarrett is from explains where her sympathies lay, and her many connections that no one ever investigates. You want to know what Barack Obama is really about? Look into Valarie... she created him. Thank you for looking her up... and Adolf Hitler was born in Austria, through no fault of his own. He was still evil.
  24. John McCain would have never pushed for this. This is the work of Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, and John Kerry. Have you ever looked into where Valarie Jarrett comes from? ... Iran. She's a lapdog to George Soros. Everything Barack Obama does right now is temporary, a new president comes in and reverses everything with a signature. That's why he's trying to complicate everything with the U.N., IRS, EPA, and artificially stacking the courts with liberal judges supplied by none other than his partner in crime Harry Ried, by killing the filibuster during their last year holding the Senate. They knew they would lose it, because he has never worked for the American people, only their own agenda that they were able to lie to and exploit impressionable voters. Harry Ried was recently asked in an interview with CNN if he regretted lying on the Senate floor about Mitt Romney and the Koch brothers... he said no... "Romney didn't win did he?" What an asshole. That's what Democrats do.
  25. Oh damn, I'm so sorry Shah. I hear from you so much support for Iran, never hear anything about the Saudi's, awful things from you about Assad, and never any support for ISIL. It was a gut-call and I apologize. My bad for assuming. You need to school me a little.
