The cop has investigated 3 out of the remaining 10 people that aren't him.... We need him around for another night or 2. I think taking out some of the inactives so that the pool is smaller wouldn't be a bad idea.

Not liking the vibes I'm getting from this fella. Also since ABD was replaced not mod-killed, he could've been scum. As soon as he came our mouthpiece went off.

Anyway I just thought of a new theory:

We are all insane right? Could it be that there was only one sane guy, killed at the start was the only scum. So every night one of us insane due to our tendencies kill one guy or the mod does??? Maybe its an individual centered game.

I dont think that's the case since last night Kevin was cured of his insanity. so there has to be more sane people out there

I agree, the fact that he is now the second person to have the exact wording "cured in the head" would seem to indicate to me that there are still scum out there, But that they may only be getting the chance to kill randomly as we do, or they may just have a very long wait time between their night kills.....

Actually, that should be 4 people, as I guess he investigated someone tonight as well.

Yes, sorry I haven't said anything yet, I was travelling and just got back.

For my information, I had said that KevinH was the 3rd person I had investigated, so I have one less person now, and then last night I investigated xX Karl Xx and the investigation failed, so I'd like to know why.

It seems like the scum is not very active if this is it's only second kill.

I would also like to know why that investigation didn't work. In fact I was hoping i would be investigated as it would prove my towniness since my role is a little weird. here, i may as well role claim, maybe that will explain what happened.

I am Steve the Sociopath. My role PM basically says that I'm Anti-social and pretty much hate being around other people, and because of this, i won't let anyone around me to cure my insanity.

I thought that was the only thing my role does, but maybe it also doesnt let any night action happen to me? I guess i'm just super anti-social haha

I assume this would mean that he can't investigate you because you won't let people anywhere near you to investigate..... but if you can't be cured then as long as we don't kill you is sounds like you should be invincible to the scum...... strange. So now our cop has technically investigated 2 of the last 10 people. Though we have 2 role claims outside of that.

exactly, i thought it was strange, but i guess the bad thing is i cant be proven townie. i was looking at the list of possible mafia roles and i guess mine is kinda like a miller, but with a twist.

He hasn't posted since he joined, better to kill an inactive then perhaps an active townie. lets narrow down the pool of possiblities while the cop continues to investigate.

Also, another thought just occured to me, the scum may not have been killing anyone this entire time because they may have been trying to kill the cop since his roll claim and a doctor-type roll may have been stopping them seeing as a role-claimed townie would be vulnerable.

Alternate, focus on investigating active members because were just going to lynch off the inactives in the next couple of cycles unless someone shows their hand or the scum start killing more townies.

I agree with the above reasoning, it's best if Alternate investigates the actives first, and we lynch the inactives. We HAVE to get lynching now, so:

I don't understand why we would lynch anyone in the current situation. The scum are outnumbered, even if they start making more kills, it'll just eliminate people to investigate for me. If we lynch the inactive people, who are probably mostly bored townies, we'll just get the scum closer to winning.

To me it makes no sense to kill anyone while time is on our side. If I continue to investigate the active people, it will be 2 or so nights until I've investigated a majority/ had people role claim, sure if we kill inactive people it may be a day or so less to have a majority of people investigated, but killing people at this stage only serves to help the scum. I should be the next person to get lynched, but in a couple of days so that we know who the majority of people are and those remaining can act accordingly.

I understand your reasoning but I still believe we are better off lynching the inactives. The smaller the group the smaller the majority we need to lynch.

By lynching 1 or 2 actives, we cut down on the pool of possiblities for the scum to hide in. If they happen to be townies then we will stop until you give us more information with your death. We should outnumber the scum by quite a bit still though, so losing 1 or 2 townies isn't the end of the world if it helps us win the game.

Sorry I've been absent. I got married and did some other stuff, blah blah blah.

So, with KevinH down, but confirmed townie, I suppose I've seen what I felt was inevitable anyway. I'm still staunchly against lynching inactives just because they are inactive. I would rather lynch someone I know something about, even if I don't whole heartedly believe their proported role. I'd rather have the information of who followed me and why, and allow others to have that same information about me.

I believe we have two meaningfully confirmed townies, Alternate_Tree and KevinH.

KevinH had a list of who he thought was scum. Alternate_Tree hasn't given any indication of where we should go. I agree he shouldn't been too forthcoming with that strategically, but we lose all strategic advantage if we lynch your investigations. So, maybe keep those private except where we are about to lynch someone you have investigated.

I'll work from KevinH's list for now.

You know nothing about me therefore you are grasping at straws and to do so is a problem for the town better to go for an inactive who does nothing for the game whatsoever. Also just because im the lowest on the list does not me i am scum. Further more why not come with your own conclusions then going off of someone elses.
