Ok heres some info from last night. I was role blocked yesterday. So the scum has a role blocker in their team.

Were you actually role blocked or was it just Shamus that was Ascetic?

I didnt use my action on Samus. I am not 100% sure I was role blocked but I know my action did not go through..so it might have been some other action that was put on me..but i am betting on a role block.

BUT really, look at everything we have against TW, it's not hard evidence, but c'mon

 

I am still not exactly sure your reasons for the TW vote. I know on Day 1 you followed the Samus vote on him saying how he flip flopped and called out Robert, but has there been anything new to suggest he may be scum?

 

I am extremely uncomfortable why the lurkers and those who are not posting much. Someone mentioned it, but I also agree that it seems like they are skating by without posting their thoughts or even taking any stances that keep their position very vague. So I would really like to hear more from Perez, Rafay and EM. I would also add Lyner to this list but we now know he is town, so his thoughts will also be interesting.

Because I'm all sorts of confused and have absolutely no grasp of anybody and their motives + the fact that I don't have any information from last night, so I can't help in that sense

My evidence on TW:

- jumped wagon on Robert, also on Fox

- stayed out of the Rusken vote (said he was doubting R2V or Rusken), if he had known what was going on he would've just voted for Rusken. Definitly seeing that he jumped wagons so quick before (he just knew, just like Rafay)

- he didn't vote for anyone on D2 (not voting is a scum tell to me as well as it also gives us info)

- he claims not all townies have roles, while I think it's pretty clear all townies have (townies would know)

- it seems he knew about the Ascetic part (Mafia knew)

- he's mostly quiet, he just pops up once in a while to not be lurking to much. He posted his list, but it didn't include any thoughts, assumptions, ... So he's trying really hard to be a townie

 

For me it's pretty clear , I would say 90% or more chance that he's scum at this moment. But I'll join you guys in putting pressure on the others.

 

Scum is most likely TW, Yehom, Rafay, Perez and EM (although 1 could still be town. Maybe 2, but then someone is playing it really well ), because those are the ones not contributing (together with Lyner).

You should always post your thoughts. You never know what will come up or how long you'll last in the game of mafia. Not that I think this role is in this game, but a role dose exist in mafia of a day time killing role. So you should always post.

I'm on my phone and am not even going to try to quote several posts at once but I am going to point out that you don't even know why you're voting for me at this point. The Robert and FoxFire points have already been argued. You just refuse to accept my defense because at this point you're too far into the narrative to accept any other explanation than the one that you've created. I bet if we went back and counted all of the posts in which you dropped my name we would see a number close to 90% of the time.

I didn't vote on day two for a couple reasons:
1) I was undecided between Rusken and R2V. Samus made strong arguments for both of them and I was not 100% convinced one way or the other. That is why I asked Samus what sold him on Rusken over R2V because I thought that he could sway me with his argument.
2) Robert placed the 8th and final vote on Rusken less than 12 hours after Samus responded to my question which officially lynched Rusken before the deadline day. Had day 2 lasted until deadline I likely would have cast my vote for someone.

Nowhere did I say that I didn't think that all townies have roles. I believe the exact thing I said was:

Explain how this is me saying "Not all townies have roles". This is specifically stating that there are reasons for people not performing actions other than "only scum wouldn't have performed an action last night".

I did know about the ascetic part because it was explicitly stated in this thread. Once again, simply reading the thread would have given you this information. Did I know everything that ascetic meant? No, but I did read the wiki entry on it in an attempt to try and understand it.

Mostly quiet? You mistake the fact that I have fewer posts than someone like R2V for being quiet. Take a look at the substance of all of my posts after like the first 5 when everyone was spamming and you will see more discussion, more dialogue, more explanation, and more theory than what most other people have posted in 20 more posts. Your argument would make more sense if I was only writing two sentences every other day like the other people in this thread that I am suspicious of.

Firstly, theres a diference between lurker and inactive.  

 

Secondly, based on what I read so far: 

 

-A lot of people have claimed roles

-TW, has been fishy but I still feel I dont have enough evidence to say he is scum    (Why fishy? Because hes long text defending himself)

-EM, is my highest suspect    (tbh... just a hunch)

-R2V, Robert, Lyner not scum

-Isoc... least of my suspects   (Why? Because of the Rusken/ Isoc debate.)

-Rafay, you need to say more! 

-Yemon, mid level suspect (Why? Robert/yehom dedate) 

-Everyone else, either neutral or just not suspect.

Just out of curiosity because you haven't said much besides that you are confused.  

 

i would have to agree Mandarjn on about TW, but I am skeptical and confused at the same time because three townies were killed in a row. I believe if another townie dies, mafia would have the upper hand of winning it all.

I'd also like to raise a point of discussion: Lynch vs No Lynch. This point was raised earlier by Finster, I believe it's worth discussing? What is everyone's thoughts?

yea because it may be hard to determine now since some of the information is confusing. But the next lynch must be crucial in order for town to win, if we were going to build an assumption on somebody or else another night will pass.

With possibly another night kill and new information may or may not come handy...and we'd be in same situation as right now, but with one less townie.

It's better to have more townies than less townies, so town can win. Right now things aren't so going well for town with 3 townies dead in a row....

With 13 alive this means:

 

Scenario A: If there are 5 scum: 8 townies / 5 scum

Scenario B: If there are 4 scum: 9 townies / 4 scum

 

( i am assuming there are no SKs in the game as we have not seen any extra kills).

 

So if we mislynch today, and scum successfully kills again in the night, then on D4 we will have the following:

 

Scenario A: 6 townies / 5 scum

Scenario B: 7 townies / 4 scum

 

So in the worst case scenario with 5 scum we can afford one more mislynch (2 mislynches for Scenario before scum wins. So its still close but not the end of the world.

 

Normally I am completely against no lynches, but we have a lot of investigate roles in this game. So it is very likely someone will get caught with their hand in the cookie jar at night. So I am open to this idea of a no lynch today.

 

On the flip side, with no lynches we dont get any voting history and the townies only weapon of eliminating the scum are through lynches. So if we end up againi on D4 with 0 info from today I am not sure if no lynching will be a good idea.

I don't think no lynching is a good idea either. We wouldn't be able to know what information we can get or the night can just move on and a likely townie would be killed in the night. 

 

Robert and I have the ability to watch target someone since it is an odd night if a no lynch happens. 

 

I am just curious who killed Samus now because he had lead on Rusken but I believe mafia was somewhere in the voting lineup.
