  1. On the contrary... everyone needs to read it. Thanks IHA.
  2. You can't change the law because you're afraid that it will get violent. I lived in LA in '92... it was hell and they all should have been shot. RFK would do exactly what this criminal Eric Holder is doing. Stir up shit for votes and get nothing done. The Feds can only go after a Civil Rights case, and there is no way they will be able to tie that knot. The Kennedy's were criminals too, if you didn't know that.
  3. Well I believe the Police Commissioner of New York City serves at the pleasure of that communist, De Blasio. That's up to him. Everything is going through the proper procedures. People just don't like the outcome, and they won't except anything but their version of justice. The Casey Anthony case, in my opinion, was wrong. The O.J. Simpson case, in my opinion, was wrong. I hated the verdicts, but I accepted them. It's the law, and they all went through their preliminaries and enough evidence was there to merit a trial. People have to respect the decisions of the courts... kind of a "tough shit" moment. We all have to deal with them in life.
  4. Okay that didn't sound right... I wasn't telling "you" to shut up. I apologize. I was saying that about all the people lying about these cases and I'm just so done with entertaining the narrative. I really don't know what results you expect. What's the end game for you? The police are empowered to keep the peace and enforce the law. If they are thrown in prison for doing their job... no one will want to be a cop anymore. What happens then? Are you willing to except responsibility for that? Thousands of people resist arrest and are thrown to the ground. They live, get an attorney, pay fines, go to jail, get out, and do it all over again. This guy died. How many good people need to lose their jobs, and even their freedom, because this dude ripped off the city and ate himself to an early grave? You have a complaint about what happened... what is your solution? The real problem are these people that hate their own lives, and they want to make everyone else miserable for it. The real problem are these people that make a living off lying to people, and making them believe that if they are black they are getting a raw deal. It's not healthy for our country. All this division, has got to end.
  5. Because he was lying on his chest and probably having a heart attack... tends to happen when you weigh like 400 lbs. Illegal was the key word, a half dozen cops with orders to arrest him, and he was resisting. New York City is very serious about their cigarette taxes. My advice if you want to sell illegal cigs... do it in a red state. I feel bad for this guy and his family, but it's the police. Just stop being a criminal and shut up.
  6. I guess that chokehold was not as illegal as you think. No indictment in the Garner case and it was an even larger Grand Jury with even more African Americans on it. But of course, all the race baiters know much better than every professional and elected official actually involved with making these decisions... so more stores will burn I'm sure. Edit: I just saw a demonstration and an explaination on the chokehold ruling. It was not a chokehold that was used and you can clearly see it on the video. The hold is called the "seatbelt" and there is no contact with the windpipe. Very legal way to apprehend a resisting perp.
  7. Yes... looks like slave labor in the movies. I didn't read the books, so I don't know if things were changed.
  8. So my wife and I went to see the third part of the Hunger Games series Thanksgiving Day. It's called The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, and I was very disappointed. To begin with, the movie is a complete money grab. There is not a whole lot that goes on in this segment that you absolutely need for the story. There is nothing original in it like there was in the first one... and none of the suspense that was in the second one. It is merely a very long bridge to Part 2. They could have took a page out of the NBC series called The Blacklist. The Blacklist can take what should be a 2 hour movie and crush it into 43 minutes of screentime. I mean, that show moves so fast it's sometimes hard to keep up with it. Mockingjay Part 1 was only created to take more money from the people that like the series. Now for the content... Anyone that has seen this part, and anyone who will be seeing this part, needs to pay attention to who the good guys and the bad guys are. Panem is a Fascist government. That's why it looks so much like, and operates like, Nazi occupied Europe. Now on the other side, you have an unknown rebel force, that is surprisingly well financed for being a totally unknown rebel force. The problem with all this is that District 13, the "good guy" rebel army... is Communist. That's why it looks like North Korea. Everybody looks the same. Everybody eats the same food. Nothing to drink but water... and everyone has their own prison cell to sleep in. So what are they fighting for? An extra fish stick and no more tributes? There are no "good guys" in this movie series... just a choice between awful and miserable.
  9. Who ever said anything about a mass shooting as justifiable? There are several places you never see a mass shooting... a couple off the top of my head are, Police Stations and Gun Shows. Wherever there is a presence of guns, you will never find a coward shooting anyone that doesn't have one. Put a sticker in your window that says it's a gun free zone and you're a target... and dumb as a box of rocks. It confounds me when people think that if you just passed a law prohibiting firearms that no one will have guns anymore. I was saying give up on trying to take guns away from American citizens... ain't never gonna happen.
  10. I have a better idea. Let's replace your firearms laws with those of Engeland or any other country for that matter for a couple of weeks. After that you can ask your gun back. You'll probably don't want it back. Ah Ha! So the real issue comes out. It's not about an unarmed man getting killed. Trust me, he had some big arms attached to those fists. It's not about race or discrimination. It's not about police brutality or excessive use of force. It's not about lying witnesses, Grand Juries, or corrupt Judges... It's about disarming the American citizens. It's always about taking away the guns. I don't know about anyone else. I have lived in the United States of America all my life. There is one thing we do not do, and that is trust the government. We elect Presidents, Senators, Congressmen, Governors, Judges, and Sheriffs. That is just the top layers, because there is much more to it. Who is the boss?... We the people. How is it possible? Because we have guns. It has been part of the deal since the start. We have a Constitution and a Bill of Rights, and it lays it out pretty damn clear that the power is in the people, and it will forever stay there... unless of course, two-thirds of the House, and two-thirds of the Senate decide we're surrendering our guns, and our power, to the government. Even then it would have to go to each state legislature to be ratified where you need three-fourths of that. This will never happen, so give up... please.
  11. I have an idea... let's let the British come over and take over the Chicago PD for a couple weeks... then tell us if you want a gun.
  12. The US deals with Muslims too, anything can happen where economics is involved. The U.S. deals with everyone where economics are involved. We just have deafening protests that change nothing. Muslims will deal with anyone if a purpose can be served. Once that purpose is played out you get planes into skyscrapers. I really think Islam should be declared a form of government... then they can't hide under American religious protection any longer. But that's just me talking. wow, well, let me then take a shot at generalising here. You sound like a stereotypical red-neck white-male, tea party apologist and a hardcore republican supporter. Did I fit the profile right on the stereotype? I can be sarcastic and say thank you... but i'm not a "red-neck". I grew up and lived most of my life in Southern California. Rock and Roll and beaches. I went to private military school before I grew my hair long, bought a Gibson Explorer, and wasted a couple decades playing clubs and delving in graphic arts. I married my high school girlfriend, we have raised 4 kids, and she is my best friend. You are absolutely correct on your entire list, but I only enjoy the company of red-necks, and us Tea Party people are not "apologists"... I don't know where you got that from. I hope you're not implying the red-neck label as racist, because that's not true. I know many black "red-necks"... I take it you mean southerners.
  13. The Garner video shows a really huge guy and alot of cops. The decision was made to arrest him, and when that decision is made there is nothing he could do to prevent that from happening. So it's immediately determined that he is resisting. Now the police have to figure out how they will manage an arrest without any of the police getting hurt. It's not some kind of game that maybe if I'm intimidating enough, all these cops are just going to leave and go on with their day. This arrest was going to happen. The man should have just did what he was told, and he would still be alive today. Instead he chose to put his life in the hands of a half a dozen cops that have been ordered to take him in. If the chokehold was an illegal method, that police officer will face justice. Our system deals with these issues with courts, lawyers, judges, and jury. Because you believe something is wrong with it does not allow anyone to burn innocent people out of home or business. I'm not in charge, but if I was, we would have in Furguson hundreds of criminals in jail, several violent criminals dead, and business as usual the next day. But since that didn't happen, maybe I should get a mob together and go burn down some stores.
  14. Are you just trying to find out who you can hit on? Next question... Are you married?
  15. I don't know what the friends video shows, but if he was already dead they can't say the EMT's did anything wrong. If they let him die then there will be trouble for them. None of this gives excuse for Sharpton to cause trouble. He should be arrested, more than once, for inciting violence.
  16. I know nothing about the case, but they will have to prove the man was alive and the EMT's allowed him to die. That would be sad.
  17. There is a Grand Jury hearing the Eric Garner case now. If the chokehold is an illegal method to subdue a suspect, then this cop is in big trouble. He will probably face a manslaughter charge and do some time. It makes no difference if the victim is black.
  18. It was a Grand Jury. There is no defense attorney. It's a legal proceeding to determine if there should be a trial. As long as race can be used as an excuse in the law, then race will be used as an excuse. Solve this by not allowing race to enter into any court. The first person that brings up race... they lose. I like Rand Paul, but Rand Paul saying anything about blaming politicians for this is just retoric. He's a politician.
  19. It wasn't our "shitty government that allowed blatant murder to go unpunished". Quoted because I didn't say it, and I don't believe it. It's our law. I'm sure you're talking about George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin in the first case. This is a totally different case than the Micheal Brown case. Zimmerman was a neighborhood watch guy that was attacked by a bad boy and he killed him. He was indicted and brought to trial. A 12 person jury found him innocent by reason of self defense. You can disagree with it, even get angry about it, but it's the law. Commiting more crime because you don't like the verdict is unacceptable. Darren Wilson is a police officer. Trained to protect and serve the community... he is authorized to use his weapon to enforce the law. Micheal Brown was a bad boy and he attacked a police officer. He was killed. A 12 person Grand Jury heard the case and determined that Darren Wilson acted properly and within his charged duties. No indictment on all charges. You can disagree with it, even get angry about it, but it's the law. Commiting more crime because you don't like the verdict is unacceptable. If I was a cop and a 260 pound dude was beating on my face... I would not shoot him 6 times... I would empty the clip.

A dynamic war flag... I like it.
  21. Just comes up as a black screen for me... that has been viewed over 16K times
  22. Didn't Davian do all that stuff? Maybe we can romance him back, things have been far to cordial around here. Commander Shepard had some cool stuff... ask him?
  23. Lysistrata replied to Fox Fire's topic in Archives
Correction... We don't have a peace flag.
  24. Is it similar to the Americans who stole German technology in the mid 20th century? When Germany was destroyed in '45 they had a choice... execution, slavery in the USSR, or American citizenship. They chose wisely.
